I went in to get two subs. One for pregnant wife and one for me. As everybody knows pregnant women cannot have cold lunch meat. Other sub places have accommodated and heated the meat for a club lulu in a unwich. This place refused to do it. I know all other sub places allow you to heat just the meat why can't jimmy johns. Also they refused my business after I asked them nicely to just heat the meat. I will never be going back to this location!

Finally! I've been ordering from this store for years. It's been hit or miss. Well, yesterday was the day. Everything was fresh, the sandwich was perfect and the best I've had from this location. Whoever was making sandwiches last night truly cares about the customer experience. Delivery was slow, but, everything arrived correctly and exactly how I requested. Thank you!

Came in for lunch bought it and sat down and 3 minutes later the manager comes and tells me and my gf that we gotta back up and leave and we're not allowed at her location anymore. All cause of things that happened in the past that was personal

First visit. My friend and I both had wonderful sandwiches. The music wasn't as loud as other visits which is nice. I thought they had booth's at some point but I'm not sure about this location. But I prefer booths. I felt it was too cold inside which makes my experience a little worse. The value was average. I think I had a combo and it was almost 13 dollars. Damn good sandwich.

I like jimmy johns, its a shame they took down all of the signs though, its like the best part about going to jimmy johns. Maybe they'll bring them back some day. I also miss the jimmy mustard, it was always one of my favorite condiments.

So I ordered a #12 Beach Club which is listed under the Favorites which clearly says it is double protein, double provolone. While the Originals are all single protein, single provolone. I received my sub and as you can see from the pictures, it hardly had any meat on it. I called up and spoke to a female manager who told me that even though their website says double protein, they only use 1 slice of meat on their favorites. I clearly will not be going here any longer.

I thank God that the manager at this facility isn't in manufacturing. His people can't even build a proper sandwich! And you're lucky if you get the sad overpriced thing within 2 hours. Jimmy John's is great, but not at this location 🤢🤮

Time and time again they barely put anything on my sub...2 cucumbers 2 pickles and a tiny bit of lettuce. I know it's a veggie sub, but fill it up with veggies! This is ridiculous.

Haven't ever had a bad experience with the food, but what made my last experience a standout one was the customer service. I made an online order to go and accidentally added avocado to my sub. Called them and got someone right away who got a manager to remove it from my sub and refunded the difference in cash in an envelope taped to my order. The whole call to correct it was just a minute and a half, and my food was done quickly too, all during a lunch rush.

We went inside JJ weeks before my daughter’s grad party & ordered/pd for a very large catering invoice. The day of the event it was 1 1/2 hrs late without even a phone call to prepare us. When we finally put out the subs they didn’t give us the sides. Tomato’s, pickles, etc. The ends of each sub had no cheese either. Guests had come & gone w/out subs. Embarrassing! We were told the general manager would call us on Monday. Never happened! I left 3 messages last week for her. The employee’s had excuses. You just missed her etc.. I then called corporate to file a complaint. 4 phone calls & emails later I still haven’t received an apology for ruining my daughter’s grad party or talk of some compensation. Product we paid for and never received. I would think twice and go somewhere else before JJ.
