Tonight I ordered an anniversary dinner delivery for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Sadly I could not be there to help them celebrate, so I did the best I could for. Mom and Dad are essentially medically home bound right now, so delivery was the way to make this happen. I ordered 3 hours in advance through a website called Toast (which I found on google under their delivery button). When the restaurant did not confirm my order, I called and was hung up on by the hostess when she became frustrated and confused. I waited and waited and 1 hour after it was supposed to be delivered, my mom texted me to tell me they had not received food. They had called the restaurant with no resolution. I then called the restaurant back only to be greeted by the same hostess again, who told me she would check to see if anyone was coming. I heard her ask staff “what do you want me to do?” And they told her to call door dash. She then told them I had hung up. I had not, and she didn’t either, so then I listened to her do nothing to help me for 20 minutes. So, I had to send my mother who had recent eye surgery to go pick up their anniversary dinner, no doubt very cold by now. So terribly disappointed in this experience. Hostess needs a customer service lesson, and likes to lie.
Just a terrible experience all around. We planned ahead. Made a reservation 5 days in advance. Drove 1/2 hour to have typical Wisconsin Supper Club experience. Much to our disappointment, reservation could not be found…after much to do, we were offered a table in a back room with no atmosphere and a blocked view of lake. Oh, we were comped a plate of greasy haystack onion rings. Ordered our meals. Salad and soup never served. (Oh…so sorry). Once meals were served, they were mediocre at best. Really nothing good to say about our disappointing experience. Not recommended. We will not return.
Beautiful scenery and views of the lake. Great food and drinks. Have been here several times for dinner on Saturday nights. The restaurant gets unbelievably LOUD. Like almost too loud to enjoy your time together even hearing each other speak and dinner. Not sure what can be done, big parties are so loud and take up so much room hanging out at tables long after done eating. It makes people with reservation times have to sit and wait and wait, but it's honestly so loud it makes us not want to return again. Also, when making a reservation make sure to say if you want indoor or outdoor seating. They say if you have outdoor seating reservations and it rains, you are out of luck...and don't like being told to sit outside if that's not what you want or requested either.
Had a Fish Fry. It was awesome. I was comfortabley full at the end. I usually eat alot of food. The size of my meal was perfect!!!!
Beautiful restaurant and beautiful outdoor seating in addition to the amazing meal! ❤️❤️❤️
We went to Copper Dock for my birthday and the food was amazing! The coconut shrimp was the best ever. My husband had ribs and he said they were very good and lots of meat. We had Ella J as our waitress and she was great and she was always checking on us to make sure everything was going ok. The meal was timed perfectly and we were not rushed at all. Thanks Ella you made our dinner very special!!
I would not recommend the brunch at all. The eggs were cold, the bacon barely cooked, bthe sausage was so rubbery you could barely chew it. It is a very small buffet with very few options. The floor was sticky and the women's bathroom was horrific. The server was not very personable at all. For $30 a person I want to actually be full when I leave.
We had a fabulous time last night at Copper Dock! The grouper was delicious, the view is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Eric/bartender makes delicious cocktails, especially his made up creation of a pineapple upside down cake martini. We’ll be back soon.
We had the Mother's Day Brunch. The service was great and the food was amazing. Worth every penny!
Amazing meal and service, highly recommend!

We had a reservation at 5:30. The lights were so dim that it was hard to see the menus. Every table was full and it was so loud the entire meal that my ears are still ringing. Not a good ambience if you want to talk to your spouse. We asked for ranch upon ordering the appetizer and it arrived 20 minutes after the appetizer was delivered. The house salad was very good with the lemon vinaigrette as well as the dinner rolls. The prime rib was a very decent portion and also very good. The lobster ravioli and asparagus was good but the shrimp on top still tasted frozen/rubbery without flavor. Not worth the $47. Would I go back, prob not unless I wanted to yell at anyone at my table.
Parking: Definitely not enough parking for a full restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not
Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn’t seem wheelchair accessible.

My dad dearly loved brunch and when my husband and I visited from Florida, this was one of Dad's favorites. It was wonderful food, atmosphere and company with other folks that enjoyed shooting the breeze at the Copper Dock with Dad when he was still with us.

Was given a wrong steak entrée I didn't order. I did not like and did not eat what I was wrongly given. They offered to replace it but it was like a 30 minute wait for a new steak, so I opted to ask them to comp the steak. Waitress got defensive, rude, and blamed me, but did end up comping the wrong entrée.
The correctly ordered menu items were delicious so it's honestly a shame. The haystack onions were a great deal and delicious, the french onion soup was sublime. My wife's duck entree was well cooked and the berry sauce was a nice pairing.
3/5 stars we will not go back.
