The food was very good and the waitress was terrific. We had 3 kids with and she took great care of them and us adults. We will go back, thanks again Applebee's.

We asked for a booth, the host said we couldn’t because there was no server on that side, which was fine and we were understanding. Two people came in right after us and got a booth, then another couple came in and got a booth as well, and so on. we requested a booth and got an uncomfortable table. terrible customer service.

We've been here before with no problems but this visit our server seem to be preoccupied. Took her order immediately and that was great but after our food came out she didn't come back for a substantial amount of time. We were waiting for refills on drinks and she never did bring the bill until we already were figuring out how to pay on the kiosk which is not something I would typically have done. Awesome experience except for the service this time.

Cole, the manager was extremely helpful with our request on mozzarella sticks. The last 8 times that we ate here the mozzarella sticks were cold. He also made us feel comfortable at our local apple bees. The waitress was also very friendly and helped on any request we had also. Highly recommended.

The service here moves at the speed of a loading screen from 1998. You sit down, time passes, seasons change, civilizations rise and fall… eventually someone might glance in your direction. Food showed up eventually— edible in that classic Applebee’s way. The waiter vanished like a bad magician trick after taking our order. Refills? Mythical creatures. Consider bringing a book, a pillow, and zero expectations.

From the second I walked through the doors of this terrible staffed Buliding of applebees I felt like a burden because of how we were treated by the staff. Not only were we treated disrespectful we were forgotten about when we asked for water by the MANAGER. When we received the appetiser tray there was a long piece of HAIR in the cheese of the quesadilla. When we all received our entrees we were given the wrong salad with mustard. We asked for it to be swapped out and got told we said the wrong thing. When we were about done at the most upsetting experience at the worst Applebees we asked for the bill. We were told we already paid and we did it on the kiosk. WE DIDNT HAVE A KIOSK AT OUR TABLE. then to end it all off we had to pay for someone else’s meal because they had our kiosk. WORST experience ever highly do not recommend coming to Hudson’s apple bees. Save your money. They don’t deserve it.
