Don't often go to Applebee's as it's not close to my home, but had my favorite spinach artichoke and other appetizers. Yum!! And Lisa was great behind the bar as well.
The bartender will never smile. Had to ask to make an order.

Ordered the impossible burger without cheese, as I am vegan and it came with pieces of melted cheese on it. I called to inform the staff that this was unacceptable ans was told, "It happens the meat and impossible burger all come in contact." I think the staff needs to get educated about the definition of vegan and don't offer vegan options if you are not going to honor that. The prices are very expensive and they think you should be happy with whatever they serve you. DO NOT GO HERE

First of all I want to say, my family and I drive from the Eau claire area to Hudson specifically to stop and eat at this establishment. We've had great experiences each time. We’ve both been servers(at Applebees in particular) and know that everyone has bad days. But tonight we experienced the absolute worst service from Sydney D. We waited and waited without her even checking in on us. My boyfriend ordered a new beer since the first one was bad. He had to walk up to the bar and ask for a new one since our server was nowhere to be seen. I also ordered a second lemonade and mexi ranch. NONE of it came. I had to walk myself over to the HOST and ask for napkins and to send our server over when she could. The host brought us our napkins. Still no server. The beer finally came. My boyfriend’s fiesta lime chicken was extremely dry. By the time Sydney came over to see us, we were all finished with our meal. She asked us if we needed our bill. My boyfriend told her that we didn’t receive anything we’d asked for and that his food wasn’t good. She gave him an attitude and began walking away without letting him finish what he was saying. Keep in mind he was not being rude by any means. (Roll the cameras and you’d see) No apology, not a word. We walked up to the host stand and talked to the manager. We told him that the service was terrible and that Sydney was rude. He offered to comp our entire bill which we very much appreciate but we weren’t looking for a free meal. We expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Sydney also walked up to the host stand to finally hand us our paper bill while we were speaking with the manager. She didn’t want to hear what my boyfriend was saying so she laughed, said “okay.” And walked away mid conversation, yet again. We all have bad days but we would NEVER treat paying customers the way that she treated us. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and I really hope she loses it. Take accountability and apologize for the poor service. Don’t run away when things gets hard. We will never be setting foot in this establishment ever again.
