Bricks has some of the best wood fire pizza that I have ever had. The crust was absolutely perfect on each of the three pizzas that we ordered. We got the focaccia di robiola as an appetizer. The creamy cheese spread was delicious. We also got the Capricciosa, Hot Honey, and Luna pizzas. All of them were unbelievable and had the best quality toppings.

It was love at first bite! As soon as I walked in I could tell these people really care about what they're doing. This is now one of my favorite pizza places in Wisconsin, and I get all over. Flavors are on point, service is very warm and friendly, in a very clean, inviting environment. The only constructive criticism I have is I'd like the crust to be a little more firm a foundation, but when it tastes this good I'm ok with it I highly recommend giving them a try, I will be back!

Run don't walk! We have passed this place a dozen times and i'm not sure why! This is easily the best pizza I have ever had.In my life! I lived in Chicago for a few years. And hit lots of pizzerias, this reminds me of back there. Wow, the crust on the Pizza is amazing. They offer fantastic combinations for everyone. I have to say you must check this place out.

We stopped in on a whim on a Saturday night while in town on vacation. The very nice hostess told us that on Friday and Saturday nights they suggest reservations. They happen to have a reservation no show and we had lucked out. We ordered the wrapped asparagus for a starter. Wow! Was it delicious. For pizza we chose to build our own with bricks sausage and pepperoni along with ricotta and parmesan. It was absolutely amazing. Some of the best pizza we've ever had. The staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere was quality. We will be back!

Incredible pizza and incredible service. 5 stars all around. I got the Hot Honey pizza and it was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. The crust was to die for. My wife got the margherita and loved it as well. Service was great. We stopped by around 4:30pm on a Saturday with no reservations and it was almost empty. It started to fill up around 5:30 as the inside wasn’t super large. Would definitely come back when I’m in town again.
