The pizza is amazing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, slow, and don't know anything about service. They wouldn't last a day at a restaurant anywhere else. The dining room is small and insanely loud. The owner needs to put up sound deadening boards immediately. OSHA would force employees to wear ear plugs if they knew how loud it was. Lastly the businesses need to force Hudson to drop the paid parking on the street, what if you are simply picking up a to go order? Besides, this isn't downtown Minneapolis, you should not be charging to park, pathetic small town anti free mentality. I will never never be back that's for sure. Sucks too because again, the pizza was amazing. But there is amazing pizza all over the world, so Hudson isn't special enough for the rude, slow, overpriced mentality.

I can't add much more than what's already been said. We had 3 pizzas and a "Boca" Panini sandwich. I can't recall every having Panini but I will say I'm now trying to find another Boca Panini that what I had at Bricks. Absolutely one of the best things that I've ever tasted in my life. The family really likes allt he pizzas too!

We have been coming to Bricks for years and have never been disappointed. The pizza is by far the best in the area. The service we received tonight way exceeded our expectations. My son got sick just after placing our order and the staff was amazing. They prepared and boxed up our food as quickly as possible and even wrote my son a sweet little “get well soon” note on the pizza box! Loved this place before - - love it even more now!!

Just love going to Bricks. If you haven't been there you need to go soon. We have had pizza, stuff mushrooms, salads and sandwiches. We have never had a disappointing meal. Bricks is one of the best places in Hudson to eat. Not only is the food great but the service is so friendly and efficient.
