We stopped in on a whim on a Saturday night while in town on vacation. The very nice hostess told us that on Friday and Saturday nights they suggest reservations. They happen to have a reservation no show and we had lucked out. We ordered the wrapped asparagus for a starter. Wow! Was it delicious. For pizza we chose to build our own with bricks sausage and pepperoni along with ricotta and parmesan. It was absolutely amazing. Some of the best pizza we've ever had. The staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere was quality. We will be back!

Incredible pizza and incredible service. 5 stars all around. I got the Hot Honey pizza and it was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. The crust was to die for. My wife got the margherita and loved it as well. Service was great. We stopped by around 4:30pm on a Saturday with no reservations and it was almost empty. It started to fill up around 5:30 as the inside wasn’t super large. Would definitely come back when I’m in town again.

The pizza was tasted absolutely delicious. I only wish the crust was thicker. It was very thin and flimsy. The beer selection was good!

The pizza is amazing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, slow, and don't know anything about service. They wouldn't last a day at a restaurant anywhere else. The dining room is small and insanely loud. The owner needs to put up sound deadening boards immediately. OSHA would force employees to wear ear plugs if they knew how loud it was. Lastly the businesses need to force Hudson to drop the paid parking on the street, what if you are simply picking up a to go order? Besides, this isn't downtown Minneapolis, you should not be charging to park, pathetic small town anti free mentality. I will never never be back that's for sure. Sucks too because again, the pizza was amazing. But there is amazing pizza all over the world, so Hudson isn't special enough for the rude, slow, overpriced mentality.
