The staff are very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy, and the bagels are very delicious. I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel paired with the garlic and herb cream cheese, and it felt like I was biting into a fresh slice of pizza. So good!

Zero stars. The worst. We ordered a donut shaped like a 6 for my son's birthday. I emailed back and forth with the owner and called to confirm my order. We live 30 minutes away. My husband went to pick up the donut and the order was not ready nor was there any record of it. The staff was incredibly rude, no apologies were given nor did they try to rectify the situation. So we had to make an extra trip to the grocery store for birthday dessert that was not nearly as special as what we had ordered. Horrible communication and horrible service from Buddy's Bakery. Just the worst.

Always amazing service and food! I went in today and ordered the Pulled Pork Cuban Friend sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! Love this place
Stopped in at Buddy’s on a Friday afternoon and we’ll likely become regulars here. The staff here is friendly and service was fantastic. The doughnuts are baked fresh everyday, along with the bagels made fresh from authentic dough from NJ. Huge selection of doughnuts, bagels, cream cheese, sandwiches, and drinks. The Chai was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and hands down the best bagel I’ve had. Breakfast & lunch are served all day, this is a great spot here in Hudson!

OMG! This is an amazing place! If you have not tried, well you are missing out! Coming from a chef of 25 ys in fine dining! Perfect for a wonderful quick snack, breakfast or early lunch! 10/10 and wonderful employees and service!

I stopped in after making a delivery near the area. I got two bacon maple flavored doughnuts. Got one for myself and one for my co worker. It had a weird taste to it. My co worker said the same thing. The bread is great the frosting just wasn't right. May have to try a different doughnut or product next time. I'll try again some other time. Nice atmosphere inside. It's hip.
