I ordered for takeout but always check my food before leaving. If I am spending good money, I expect good good. Not food that actually looks depressing. Better off driving an extra 15 minutes to Woodbury's Buffalo Wild Wings.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant. Its just felt like a steady decline in service and quality. All of my recent visits have resulted in one member of my party waiting for food even after the rest are finished.

Came in today, hoping for a quick, easy lunch. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes for our server, Abriana, to arrive. We were served our drinks and appetizers. It was all fine until our entrees came out, our first was 3-5 minutes after the appetizers, then the second was around 10 minutes after, then the last came out 10 minutes later. So by the time the last meal came out, the other 2 were already finished. Lost my appetite after this so I just wanted a box, but our server never came back, I had to go up to the host stand and get one myself. If I wanted to serve myself, I would eat at home. But when we go out to eat we are expecting fast and friendly service.

Waited 25 minutes in an empty restaurant for 10 boneless wings. The wings were cold and of course, not what I ordered. Incredibly disappointing.

I just come in for a DoorDash, and the staff was very hospitable and kind. Johnny in particular got straight to the root of my problem and fixed it. Many of the time when I come in for an order that is already picked up the staff will refuse to remake the order. This throws a wrench into mine and the customer’s time. Overall both businesses lose money. Instead here Johnny talked to his staff and fixed my problem immediately. Doesn’t happen often, but it is the kind of hospitality that grows a business. Continue to kill it.

I usually would never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, but I would eat here 10000000 times for Sofia. She was such an amazing waitress, kind and accommodating. You would think she had worked here for 9 years.

Wings were great as usual. Service was abysmal. We did not recieve several items and never had an opportunity to tell our server since they never came to check on us. Yet they were on our bill. My advice is to order curbside.

Ordered online for pickup on 10/17. The order was handed to us and when we got home realized half of our order was missing. They were out of dippers and failed to mention that. Called same day and were told we’d get a refund for the missing items and that it would take a few days, and my husband left his name and number. Called again over two weeks later and my husband left his name and number. Zero follow up, zero resolution, zero refund after they told us it would be refunded. We paid for items we never received. Pathetic customer service. We will not be back.

Don't order the grilled chicken dippers. This is what size I was served (photo next to an original chicken dipper). They also gave us the wrong sauces.

Mid lunch not too busy, slow to no service, and the rug stunk so bad I couldn’t even sit at the table they originally sat us at so requested to move. The whole play smelt like an old McDonalds restaurant, it was so gross. They need to hire a cleaner service at some point. Disgusting
