Never order to go food from them at night. My chicken was absolutely disgusting, like it had been sitting out for hours and hours, couldn't even bite through it... I wouldn't have fed that to a dog, idk how they could possibly serve that to someone and think that's ok.

So after 2 other previous poor , not poor but extremely poor experiences I had at one location. I decided to try another location. Got there were promptly seated , drinks brought . Wait person was friendly and welcoming. We all ordered and for the first time the fos all came together . The food was fresh and hot . The service was fantastic always had cold drinks . I can't say enough of how happy I was with this experience finally a location that didn't ruin our family dinner . Thank you Hudson Wisconsin location .

I'd give 0 on the food because I never got any food. Came in on a Friday afternoon with our family of 5. Was seated right away after he was done chatting with his friend. We then sat for over 5 min while 5 waitresses/waiter stood in the corner chatting nobody even took our drink order. The staff at this establishment care more about hanging out with friends then helping patrons.

Waited almost 20 minutes after being seated before leaving... No waitress came to our table and the restaurant was not busy.. when we asked the hostess if any one was coming she said let me check.. service was horrible

They have decided to have the music so loud you need to scream at the servers to order. It will be a quick meal since you can't talk with your table companions because they won't be able to hear you.

Since sometime in June 2025, they decided to crank up the music so loud you have to scream at the servers to order and it's so loud you cannot have a conversation with your party. It was up to 100 decibels the entire time we were there. We used to go there regularly, now we will find a different restaurant.

Great service from our waiter, poor management & kitchen. Coming in as a family of 4, I expected to eat with my family. We ordered 2 wing meals, a burger & grilled cheese. The burger & grilled cheese came out. No wings. The wings finally came out about 10 minutes AFTER my husband & daughter were DONE eating. Our waiter graciously offered to speak to the manager to get something taken off our bill. He came back to tell us the manager said he couldn't. Apparently the reasoning behind this was because we waited the same time as everyone else did for our wings. The manager didn't acknowledge the fact that the kitchen separated our tables order and put out half the order about 30 minutes apart. I would have been happy & left a good review had the manager came over & spoken to us & complemented even the smallest item on our bill or given us a coupon for a return visit. Acknowledging your mess ups and fixing it goes a LONG way with customer service.

This has to be the worst b dubs I have ever been and will never come back Slow service and the whole table meals come out and different time first person was done before I got my meal didn't even get napkins and forks from the whole table with out asking twice the waitress never stop back by after I got my food Took well over a hour for some wings and beers Horrible experience
Fast friendly service. Cold draft, hot food that comes out in a more than reasonable time period. Enjoyed visiting with the friendly staff and patrons. Definitely will be back.

Tonight I ordered to go, understandable it being a Saturday evening I figured my wait would be a little longer and I arrived 5 minutes before my promised time when I was told 10 minute wait. 25 minute later I finally received only part of my order as I was missing my fries. The chicken was severely overcooked and dry, practically chicken jerky quite frankly which resulted in me needing to just make an alternative meal for my small children anyways. The side of salt and vinegar and seasoning on the actual wings has this odd discoloration to them. Head to another city if you must have BDubs or find another restaurant in Hudson and avoid this place.

Autumn was amazing from the moment we walked in—genuine smile, quick to say hi, and made sure every detail of our order was spot on. She checked in throughout the meal so nothing slipped through the cracks, which we loved. B‑Dubs was our go‑to spot the day before our wedding, and Autumn made it feel like a celebration. If you’re hunting for great wings and even better service, this is your place—ask for Autumn!

I was really disappointed with the service we received from our server, Bridgette. She was pushy from the start, constantly interrupting and even cutting off members of my family while they were speaking. Her overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which really put a damper on what was supposed to be a special occasion. To top it off, she gave a dirty look at the tip our family left, as if she somehow deserved more—which I found extremely selfish and unprofessional. Other than that, the environment was calm, the food was good, respect to the cooks, and the food arrived fast. Unfortunately, Bridgette ruined our experience. What a shame.
