Since sometime in June 2025, they decided to crank up the music so loud you have to scream at the servers to order and it's so loud you cannot have a conversation with your party. It was up to 100 decibels the entire time we were there. We used to go there regularly, now we will find a different restaurant.

I was really disappointed with the service we received from our server, Bridgette. She was pushy from the start, constantly interrupting and even cutting off members of my family while they were speaking. Her overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which really put a damper on what was supposed to be a special occasion. To top it off, she gave a dirty look at the tip our family left, as if she somehow deserved more—which I found extremely selfish and unprofessional. Other than that, the environment was calm, the food was good, respect to the cooks, and the food arrived fast. Unfortunately, Bridgette ruined our experience. What a shame.

Slow service, music was way too loud on a Thursday night. Food took forever to get to the table and all we ordered was 10 traditional wings, a sandwich and fried pickles. Sandwich came out super early and then I was told traditional wings took longer. (Don't you think you should've started cooking that first?) Finally got the wings 40 minutes later. This was a good reminder why I stopped going to BWW.

Sunday night was the last nail in the coffin as I will never go there again! As the food has been declining, we have not been there in a long time but I decided to order carry out anyway. I stopped and ordered at the counter and the lady said 15-20 minutes for 10 wings and fries. The time on my receipt was 6:36. Ran to another place to get my wife and son food and arrived back at BWW at 6:50. The gentleman working said he would check on my food and came back and said 4-5 minutes. I was not updated after that. 25 minutes later at 7:15 I inquired about my food. The gentleman said they made an error with my order and it shouldn’t be much longer. I left at 7:16, 40 minutes after I ordered, without any food as I was not going to wait any longer. My son and wife also had to wait an extra 20 minutes more for their food and no longer had fresh food. They did try to make me feel better with a coupon for 6 free wings with a $10 purchase. As I will never be back, I did not take the coupon with me. Unbelievable that they knew I was waiting and allegedly made an error with my order and rather than ask me if I want to continue waiting for how much longer, they just restart and keep my waiting and waiting and waiting. Never been so mad in my life as I was at this time. Hopefully my cash that you got from me for nothing goes to good use on training.

It's a wing and beer place.. Need I say more? UPDATE: Decided to try a burger. Very heavy grease (not pleasant), bun fell apart. Bit into the bacon ... Getting a bite was like being a walleye running on a bait... :) Going to stick with the wings...

The food was mediocre, at best. Fries were cold, and the wings were blah. All of our 4 meals came out at different times, so we didn't all eat together. I get it's a BWW, but it was over $100 for 4 people.

1 star b/c google doesn't allow me to give 0 stars. Horrible service if you call it that. Waitress rolled eyes and clearly hates her job. The beer special of the month was out. How? It is January 4th. No towels to dry hands in the bathroom. Go elsewhere.

Do not plan to go back unless they change their serving decision. With the decision to serve people as food is done vs as a group is horrible!! I don't take my family out to eat for us to get food at many different times.. bad!!! Come on Buffalo Wild Wings ... what ever happened to a family being served together ... it's time to bring back something good ... or lose customers!!
