Missing items from order with no communication about it. Based on all the other reviews, it doesn't seem like corporate or management or anyone cares to fix the problem at this location. Will not be dining here again. Very disappointing.

Sometimes it could be hit or miss but this time they nailed it! Delicious chicken bowl. I asked for the tortilla inside the bowl covered with honey chipotle chicken, cilantro rice with just the perfect amount of lime juice, black beans, shredded cheese, fresh lettuce and hot sauce. Nicely done. ✅ Highly recommend.

When it’s good it’s great, but we constantly have things missing with no communication, and lately the bowls have been about the size of three bites. This was my husband’s chicken bowl with “extra” rice, sour cream, and cheese. It barely filled half the bowl and looked like it was picked through. This is exactly how it was when opened. If it’s a cost issue we would pay extra for more rice, but it’s disappointing when you get home and the extra rice looks like barely enough for a normal amount. Sometimes the chips are burnt, sometimes we’re missing a side or two with the quesadillas. Even ordering inside if I have time, I feel like I have to ask a handful of times for more rice and just get a little bit. It’s disappointing.

Bought a bowl for takeout at about 3:30 on Friday 4/25. The white rice was undercooked, horrible. Bag of chips were like they were old and stale. Disappointed.

I love chipotle but this location is horrible!!! I have so many bad experiences but this one made me finally leave a review… I literally almost choked on a freaking strand of Saran Wrap inside my burrito… enough said… this location needs to step up there hiring

4/18/25 Barely a line today but they were packed with door dash orders and completely ignoring the costumers inside while 5+ workers worked on door dash orders. Not only that when they took our order I asked for cheese about 8 times don't know how the worker didn't hear me as it was not that loud inside. Didn't get a bag had to ask for a bag if we wanted one when usually we get bags. And if they were out of bags they should have said something about it. All and all was just the worst experience at Chipotle I've ever had.

Ordered doordash for when I got home from work and my food was completely wrong I ordered a whole chicken bowl with toppings and got a bowl with just rice corn and guacamole amd by the time I got home and saw the store was closed. This location is going downhill fast my last few orders have been completely wrong!

My family of 5 eat here regularly. Over the last few months the cleanliness and service has fallen off of a cliff. The restaurant consistently has overflowing garbage cans, dirty tables and staff sitting idle with nothing to do.
Today was the final straw, I will not be back. Beyond the mess we deal with at the tables, the service at the counter was so bad. We ordered 5 bowls and it was far and away the worst portions I have ever seen. From now on, we will be making the drive to Woodbury for our chipotle.
