Came in 2 hours before they closed and they are in the middle of cleaning, very slow, lady gave me the bottom of the barrel cheese, and to top it off she dropped the cheese on the dirty counter and put it in my bowl.
the lady inside didn’t wanna give my wife the right portion for the rice and chicken so thanks for ruining her night. thanks

The most disgusting and biggest waste of money. The rice is always undercooked and the meat is always overcooked and over seasoned.

It was a little difficult getting sliced limes. The best part about going to Chipotle in our family's opinion.
As for all Chipotles. The bathroom situation is always terrible. Need to wait 20 minutes just to wash your hands or go to the bathroom because only one person can be in there at a time. It seems there's always someone 💩 when we need the bathroom. 😂🤣😅

I did an online order and usually my order is ready by the time I get there to pick it up. But this time they told me I had to wait 10 minutes and that it would be ready at 2:42 and that they had 6 orders in-front of mine. And while I was waiting no one was working the online order station. I was pissed I saw maybe one or 2 orders get done within the ten minutes that mine was supposed to be done. The cashier guy was condescending the whole time. And kept giving me rude stares as I waited. And most of the workers were slacking off in the back and kitchen just standing around talking. Finally one person started to work the online station again and he was so slow. Finally when my order was done the guy kept yelling the completely wrong name multiple times. Till I had to get up and grab the order from him in check and correct him. My order was done at 2:50 when they said it would be ready at 2:42.
Because of the wait I got to work late. And when I opened my bowl up they put tomatoes in it when all I wanted was just rice and steak. I’ve never been so livid before. It would be different if they were super backed up and had tons of orders and were all working fast and hard but no. They mostly stood around and slacked off and had no care at all in the world.

Whoever was working the online ordered, opening shift, specifically 11am on 12/16/2025 - deserve a raise!!! Literally theeeee BEST bowl I have EVER had!! Made me damn near shed a tear 😂

I’m never one to leave bad reviews, but this location is the absolute worst. The food is always inconsistently portioned, cold, and a mess. The past two bowls I’ve gotten have had barely any rice, no beans, and ice cold. Also, this location is always FILTHY. You’ll watch the workers wipe down the line with disgusting rags, just smearing the mess around. It spreads all the way over to the counter where you pay..like I’m unable to set my bag down to pay and the bottom of my food items are soiled. The dining room is always atrocious. Sticky drink station, trash everywhere, never stocked. It’s ridiculous. I worked in food service for about fifteen years, and I’ve never seen an establishment with such poor standards. This location needs new management immediately.

We ordered two bowls of brown rice, black beans, and chicken with two sides of guacamole and a large queso. The tortilla press was out of order, so everyone needed to order bowls. There were several employees, so the restaurant wasn’t understaffed. They quickly filled my order, and I was impressed with their thoroughness. I heard the appropriate “that will be extra” when people asked for an extra half/full scoop of rice, beans, and meat.
Because our order was simple with no toppings, I thought we’d have no problem whatsoever with the meals when we got home. Unfortunately, what we did not expect was the lack of flavor…the queso and guacamole were disappointing and the “extra” chicken we were charged for amounted to about 2 extra tablespoons. The queso tasted like heated, watered-down white cheese with no flavor, no spice. The guacamole had unripened 1/3 of the fruit, no peppers, and was thin and flavorless and not authentic. Each time I think I’ll give Chipotle a try I’m disappointed and reminded that a homemade meal is so much better. For $38, we could have eaten at another random
Mexican restaurant and at least had more flavor.

Ingredients look old, ran by a bunch of high schoolers, no adult was present. Also charge for a tortilla on the side when you get a bowl now.
EDIT: wanted to give this location another chance so I went again. This time I saw what looks like aluminum flake(s) in the rice. Ended up throwing it away. Picture for reference. 3 stars—> 1
Location is always incredibly slow, expect a 30-40 minute wait in line most days even when the line looks average. Today it was 60 minutes and out of rice, fajitas. I'd skip this location and use Woodbury

I was sent the wrong order. Bag had my name on it but the food inside was not mine. Same happened with my coworker that was working with me.
Our pick up order was placed on the delivery shelf on the exact minute it was expected- and, it was insanely busy. Delicious ! Great job!
