Ordered a burrito bowl yesterday. Took home to eat. About 8 bites in ended up with a long black hair in my mouth. So gross! I have white hair so very clearly not mine. Threw away the remaining 3/4 serving. Also noted that the inside of the restaurant is dirty. It was not busy inside and there was plenty of staff. Why isn’t anyone cleaning up? I have heard that this store is always dirty. The cashier bagged up the order and left shredded cheese on the bag. Why does the money handler have food on their hands?! Sounds like ServSafe practices need to be seriously reviewed.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lena at the Hudson, WI Chipotle. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make our visit a great experience. She was kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about how our food was prepared.
Lena made the perfect steak quesadilla, even taking the time to warm up our chips, which made a simple meal feel extra special. It was clear she took pride in her work and wanted us to leave happy.
Our group of three left with smiles on our faces because of her effort. Employees like Lena make a huge difference in customer experience, and I truly wish I could hire her to work at my own company in Texas. She’s the kind of team member who elevates a brand and keeps customers coming back.

I have gone here twice in the afternoon/evening and it was so busy and loud I instantly had anxiety. The line moved fast, employees had a system that worked. A lot of people in a small space with a lot happening.

The food and service is always perfect here. Tables are usually not clean but it is one of the busiest stores so it is understandable. They also have a small outdoor seating area behind the store, which can be cleaner. The wait can be long here so try to come when it’s not a rush and it will be quick. The store is overall efficient.

I love chipotle, but this location was absolutely horrendous. The food was decent if you like large cilantro plants in your burrito. I will say one of the best locations that have wrapped my burrito. The location was very dirty and cross food contamination was terrible, as there was random stuff in the sour cream and they just mixed it all together. Overall I would recommend skipping this location and going to the next.

This chipotle doesn’t make mistakes very often, but when they do, they go above and beyond to make up for it.
I always want the food to be good, but it just isn’t. Chips and queso are always (for the most part) delicious, but the food for burritos and bowls just isn’t the best. It also makes me feel sick every time. I’ve had my food stolen three times as well so they need a better system for that. Workers always look like they’re pissed to be there too. Nobody likes their job, you just have to act like you do.

Food was good. Service started out great, then the last staff member I interacted with was higher than a kite… didn’t leave a great impression of my time there. The atmosphere was chaotic at best. Tons of people in line, that’s fine. Trash all over all the tables. Not ok, customers faults for leaving it… but staff needs to see it and care for it anyways. Trash all over the floors. Bathrooms were a mess.y steak salad was amazing though… and that’s what I went for.
