Had a craving for a good fish sandwich so off to Culver’s I went only to end up with a bread sandwich. Too much bun especially with the size of the Cod shrinking. The bun had been changed since my last sandwich, yes it’s been awhile since I have had one because I will normally get the Cod meal. For a quick grab and go I’ll have to do Arby’s fish. Please bring back the original bun.

I LOVE Culver’s but the custard toppings taste stale and have really gone downhill. (Please check on your butterfinger)

I have been here on two occasions and am shocked at how terrible some of the staff are. I literally was next in line and The girl working the register just kept staring straight ahead and not inviting me over, so I decided to go over and she just stared at me and didn’t say hello or anything. So I turned around and left. On another occasion, I went back up to get my ice cream. There were four employees Talking for so long and I was the only one at the counter. They wouldn’t even acknowledge somebody was there. Whoever is hiring these people and training them is doing a horrible job.

Staff greetings at the door is refreshing and a nice touch. Staff have always been pleasant, smiling, and present during interactions; not distracted with other things or on their phones. It's the way it should, they serve great tasting Custard. There's nothing sad or upseting about serving Custard, especially to an excited child!! It's the most exciting part of the meal for them.
Depending on what you order, IMO, portions have definately decreased. A great example, is the cup sizes for shakes and the amount of custard they place in a waffle cone have become quite skimpy!! Especially since Culvers is known for its custard.
