I have not ate at dennys for quit some yrs due to a really bad experience.. I decided to give it another shot in hopes this experience is different.. I went in with very high expectations so sorry to the staff.. I must say I was very shocked I give 5star all around.. it was clean, employees were VERY friendly & professional.. their was one employee who stood out the most so I asked her name since their was no name tag.. I wanna say it was amy.. she's a 5 star very hard worker that knows her job

Came in at 12:30am on Saturday night and one waitress on duty … handled ALL of the tables in a fine fashion! It was crazy busy, but she did a great job!!

Our server Joelene was good, the atmosphere was normal restaurant but music was very low. Took several minutes to be seated the party in front of us waited so long they left. Kids pancake meals were good. The ceiling panels were removed near our table and there was a dishpan precariously balanced up there to catch dripping water.

The restaurant is expectedly busy on a Saturday morning. Staff are all working hard, but a woman, presumably the manager, is walking around behind the counter, loudly telling the staff to “get it together!” And “that’s a lot of wasted food.” She has her coat on and is walking around taking photos, in the staff’s way, but not helping. She approached our table, but instead of taking our order, as we had been waiting 20 minutes, she just took a photo of the light bulb burned out above our table. Our food arrived and was good other than the toast that arrived late and was barely toasted. We did hear the manager talking loudly about “all of the toasters being broken.” This woman made our dining experience very uncomfortable.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While I have always enjoyed the food at your restaurant, the service I received this time was unacceptable.Our server barely spoke to us and seemed to avoid our table. She stopped at every other table around us, but she ignored us completely. We had to stack our plates and wait for her to bring us boxes and our check. When we finally went to the register to pay, she suddenly appeared with our check and presented it to her manager.Despite the poor service, the food was excellent, as always. I am grateful that the quality of the food made up for the lack of service.I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this type of service does not happen again. I am a loyal customer of your restaurant and I would like to continue to enjoy the food without having to worry about the service.

If you are looking for a classic 50s and 60s diner experience, this may be a stop you will want to make. We stopped for breakfast, I ordered the Build Your Own Omlette with cheddar cheese, ham, bacon, and sausage. They didn't skimp on the meat. The hashbrowns were perfect. The only downer for me was that the tomato juice was more of a drink than juice. I'd stop here again!Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free English muffins
