First time ordering take-out pizza today. I am Celiac so gluten free. When I asked about how they prep gf pizzas, I was blown away at the knowledge and care taken when prepping and baking. Crust made off-site, toppings added off line, fresh from the back so no cross contamination, and cooked in the same ovens BUT in their own gf containers! Wow, cannot guarantee anything, even with all of the awesome precautions, but I knew that AND was comfortable ordering. This pizza is now tops for me. Excellent taste, tons of toppings and cheese. Like I remember pizza used to be back in the day. MUST TRY!!! Thanks to EJ’s for going above and beyond for your customers. I’ll be back. 💛

Every time we are in Hudson we definitely order food from them. It’s consistently excellent. We have only had the pizza and chicken tenders, and will try other items on our next visit. We don’t order from anywhere else since we found them!

I ordered one of the worst combo's....a custom pizza with all veggies including jalapeños and pickles...with pepperoni...thinking it's gonna be something new....well....my idea was not the greatest....but they cooked and made the pizza Fantastically! Even with an odd combo E.J's pizza pulled it off. Great pizza place for the Hudson area!

Stopped in to grab lunch with my daughter in this place is amazing! We’re on a road trip and we’re looking for a place to get some good pizza. EJ hit all the marks! We barely missed. The lunch specials with the staff was friendly and still honored that. My daughter got a cheese pizza and it was really good. I enjoyed grabbing a lunch here.

Went here for Father’s Day with my family and had a good time. First you order at the counter and then if you’re dining in you seat yourself. Food came out fast and the pizza fries had a small pool of cheese grease but nothing a few paper towels that are on the table soaked it all up. I got the calzone and man what a calzone! Crust was light and flaky and I got the meatball calzone and the meatballs were good. My wife got the bacon chicken ranch pizza and that was really good as well. We will be returning for some good take out soon!
