Spent a night in Hudson on the way back home and ordered from EJās Pizzeria.
The pizza was solid for an on the road pizza that was delivered to a motel. It was certainly above average and the cheesy bread sticks were good too.

First time ordering take-out pizza today. I am Celiac so gluten free. When I asked about how they prep gf pizzas, I was blown away at the knowledge and care taken when prepping and baking. Crust made off-site, toppings added off line, fresh from the back so no cross contamination, and cooked in the same ovens BUT in their own gf containers! Wow, cannot guarantee anything, even with all of the awesome precautions, but I knew that AND was comfortable ordering. This pizza is now tops for me. Excellent taste, tons of toppings and cheese. Like I remember pizza used to be back in the day. MUST TRY!!! Thanks to EJās for going above and beyond for your customers. Iāll be back. š

Every time we are in Hudson we definitely order food from them. Itās consistently excellent. We have only had the pizza and chicken tenders, and will try other items on our next visit. We donāt order from anywhere else since we found them!
Honestly a really amazing pizza spot. And as the saying goesāhome of the heavy toppingsā they really donāt lie about that. My favorite thing is probably their cheeseburger pizza.

This pizza is amazing š¤© we drove for over a hour to grab one of there deep dish Chicago style pizza and it was worth it! They also have delicious cheese cake. I love this place.
