The sweetest little spot in Hudson. The rating is well deserved based on the employee interaction, ease of ordering and the quality of the product. I ordered an iced white chocolate pistachio mocha with oat milk which is my current obsession and it’s the best version I’ve had. The espresso is smooth and the pistachio is subtle and works beautifully with white chocolate. Extra credit for being able to drink out of a reusable glass cup and metal straw! A new fan!

Stopped in Hudson to get off 94 and take a break from driving. Parked at the library and googled nearest coffee shop. Strolled over and the most delicious coffee and chat with the staff. It was a delightful break from our journey. Very cool, little coffee shop, so worth a visit.

I stopped by Ember and Bean during a bike ride along the river, and it was the perfect pit stop!! The cappuccino was absolutely delicious. It was rich, smooth, and topped with lovely art. The two baristas were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience top-notch. This will be a regular stop when I'm in downtown Hudson. Highly recommend!!! Great place for kids with the outdoor seating area.
