I just got probably the worst blt I’ve ever ordered at any restaurant. 2 tiny pieces of bacon, the entire outside of the sandwich covered in oil, whole thing was flat as a pancake and soggy… and it took over 10 minutes to get. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but was still disappointed. Just an overall bad experience.

When we went there recently it was such a huge disappointment. The soups where grainy and tasted like they had been reheated for several days. I returned my first soup and tried another. Same consistency. Thoroughly disappointed that there is no longer the inside of the sandwich served to dip in some good tasting soup. I was excited there was one in WI but guess I'll have to visit only in MN 😞

Drove over 30 mins to get here because it was the closest location to me, and despite being normal business hours and Google saying it was open, the doors were locked when I got there. Saw several other people try the door too, who looked equally confused why it was closed. Very frustrating.
Went there tonight, the sandwiches were okay but it was concerning how hot it was in the building. Not just the entryway but the restaurant too, we couldn't even eat inside. And the poor employees have to work in that environment.
We were very happy to find an erberts and gerberts while driving through Wisconsin. I have been dreaming of their bread and so happy to have had some again! Luis provided excellent service. We will definitely be going back.
Most disappointing sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The rotisserie chicken was literally shredded deli chicken.

Can confirm Sierra's review. I have also suffered this MANY times. Looking at your yelp reviews so many others feel the same. Refunds but less than paid, NEVER a delivery driver. And always some sort of deflection from management. Stop gas lighting people and fix your problems or the business is going down fast?

Absolutely ridiculous, never having a delivery driver yet still having the option available on the app to just take your money anyway? If you cannot hire a delivery driver, take away the delivery option. Spent the last of my money on a cancelled order and now have to wait 3 days for a refund? Seriously?
Food was okay. Store was clean. Cashier with glasses didn't seem too happy to help out. Bald guy in back came out to talk to us and was very weird. He was talking about how much money he has, how he is divorced, he claimed to be founder of smashburger? He didn't seem to understand conversation was not needed.
