My wife and I ordered our food and I had to pay twice because Saammara could understand what I was saying. Then they got my wife’s order wrong so we had to wait for another burger just to find out mine was wrong too. DO NOT COME HERE EVER. They cannot understand you and they give you attitude. I got my money back and left

Great service and great food but maybe a better bag next time @corporate? Not a couple minutes of carrying and the bottom fell out losing all those delicious fries and the burger.

The team that was working on 9/1/2025 at 8 pm made the best Five Guys experience I have had in a long time. You know how you have an urge for fast food, whether it was an awesome previous experience or you saw a picture that actually looked really good but then afterwards you regret it because the place was disgusting or the workers did a terrible job making the food. This team had the restaurant spotless, food was amazing, service was kind and sincere. Whoever runs or owns this five guys in Hudson needs to take note of this team. 😊
