Hop & Barrel is my favorite brewery around, hands down. They’re always putting out new and unique brews and I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t like. This establishment is very cozy and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. It’s a great place to sit and relax and have a beer, or get together with some friends with the spacious area for gathering and enjoying company or games.

Walked in and there was a couple at the bar with one bartender. We had never been there so we went to the bar to ask questions about what we should get. The bartender glanced at us a couple times but kept talking to the other customers. We stayed anwhile and decided to go elsewhere. She didn’t seem like she was going to stop to at least greet us. So no idea on if anything is good as we were ignored.

Hop and Barrel is a great little brewery in downtown Hudson. They typically have 16 of their beers on tap. On my last stop they had: a Belgian Strong, amber, Octoberfest, West Coast IPA, East Coast IPA, IIPA, Lemon Shandy, Helles Lager, Hazy, Tea, wheat, and more. Service has always been friendly even when they get busy. They have and comedy and other events here so it is certainly worth stopping.
