Very good atmosphere and good decoration. And all the food tastes wonderful, but from my experience it takes a while to prepare. And the employees are very kind.

I'm going to have to come back again to confirm whether my rating should be higher or lower. We were there at about 10am on a Saturday and there were almost no bagels (?!). One plain left, one choc chip, none of most others (and of course plenty garlic left ?). That was extremely disappointing and unexpected, given it's a bagel shop. The mocha and bagel sandwich were average. I like that the bagels seem more handmade than a brueggers, and the ambiance was great.

The food and bagels are always delicious. The service was quick. The cashier was not very friendly. There was no one behind me but he acted very rushed and not real happy. We will continue to go there because the food (and usually the service) are so good! Great variety and specials.

First time coming here...the coffee touched my soul, thank you. If you are coming here today do not plan on staying there are about 50 children that have taken over there store, where are the parents? Please tip the baristas extra for having to provide daycare, god bless their coffee making souls.

The soup and sandwiches are so good, fresh and delicious!! We love their bagels too! They are a great size and have the perfect texture. The homemade cream cheese choices are a great addition that you have to grab to go with your bagel!!

The cinnamon crunch bagels and the vanilla/ and walnut cream cheese spread taste stale. It's the cream cheese. I wonder how long it's been sitting in prep area. Pretty pricey stale. I remember when they first opened, they were a nicet place to go. The room seems messy and not clean now. This was a Friday late morning visit. Am so disappointed.

Feels like I’m visiting a friends house for coffee and bagels when I come here, I have my favorite when I go - even though they have so so much on the menu! The wait isn’t long no matter how long the line is. Great place keep up the good work!
