I stopped in yesterday at peak lunch time, there was an online order of at least 15 items, with probably another 10-15 online orders after that. The staff worked so well together and were so friendly and kind, even under the pressure. They balanced getting the online orders done with the many customers in line with much grace. I was so impressed with the staff, and my sandwich was fabulous as well! Keep up the great work!

So sad that this company was bought out by a giant corporation and now it’s a mess, food quality, service, the manager is only there a few hours A week!!! They only have one manager! I never heard of that even being legal for business serving food

Whoever worked the grill on 10/01/24 around 6pm needs a raise. The sandwich I ordered has to be in the top 3 I've had in my entire life, and I mean all sandwiches I've ever had. I asked for extra meat, mushrooms, etc, and you could tell there was extra. Perfectly cooked. I honestly wish I had a bigger stomach so I could eat more.
Now onto the store.
I've never been disappointed with food orders here. This is honestly my favorite sub place. I will actually get cravings for their Phillys. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with. And consistency of quality food is definitely there. If it's not the same as the previous time I've gone, it's because, like this time, somehow it was even better than before.
So thank you Jersey Mike's crew! You guys rock!
