Whoever worked the grill on 10/01/24 around 6pm needs a raise. The sandwich I ordered has to be in the top 3 I've had in my entire life, and I mean all sandwiches I've ever had. I asked for extra meat, mushrooms, etc, and you could tell there was extra. Perfectly cooked. I honestly wish I had a bigger stomach so I could eat more.
Now onto the store.
I've never been disappointed with food orders here. This is honestly my favorite sub place. I will actually get cravings for their Phillys. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with. And consistency of quality food is definitely there. If it's not the same as the previous time I've gone, it's because, like this time, somehow it was even better than before.
So thank you Jersey Mike's crew! You guys rock!

Sadly, not as good as my usual experience, at this location. The sandwich was somewhat plain and felt like mostly bread.One senior staff member had a hard time interacting/communicating with people who were not white.

There were six people working in the kitchen barely equivalent to two well-trained people. More than 10 minute delay between my partner's sandwich and mine's arrival. Not impressed in the least.

Food was good but it took over 15 minutes to get a sandwich with 4 people in front of me. Perhaps focus on the customers in front of you instead of online orders that nobody was there to pick up. I've never seen employees move slower and then I didn't tip due to the wait and the guy just sat there and held on to my sandwich twisting the bag...Unless you have time to kill. I would not recommend.

My first time going to Jersey Mike's was at the Roseville,MN location .I loved the taste !!Now with the great expectación of customer service I had , came in today for lunch and man . Was the front cashier Employee angry (Just with me. Everyone else was treated well)I was trying to pay for my sandwich and he ignored me and then kept asking if the sandwich he was making was mine .I politly said no, then he agressively answered me with, "The. Why the heck are you in front of me"I let him know I am trying to pay for my food .Then ignored me, his co worked than came and gave me my sandwich and said thank you have a good day, thinking I paid .The cashier realizing he messed up by ignoring me and helping other people besides me , then said that he will ring me .Worst experience I have ever had . Love the food but this location will never get me to step back into this building to buy anything .
Order the number 99. It's not on the menu but it's the best sandwich they have. Trust me!

Came in and got the chicken Philly and chipotle. I didn't know what meat to put on my chipotle so I told the guy to surprise me and let me tell you something. It was one of the best surprises ever!! Sandwiches and staff was BOMB! One of if not thE best sandwich I have ever put my fat lips on.

To many people trying to fill one order, (3) things get mixed up and orders not correct. Asked for Lettuce TOMATO, mayo. Instead I got Lettuce PICKLES and mayo... almost puked!!! Can't stand pickles and ruined the sandwich Usually we get great service and no problems.
They always make the best sandwiches.
