Wanted to like this homemade ice cream shop but unfortunately our experience was a bust. Paid over $20 for three single-scoop ice cream cones. The ice cream left something to be desired in my opinion. No free water available, only option was bottled. Unfortunately will not be going back.

I got there a bit after 2p since that was the hours that were posted on the door when I went by earlier. The owner was just arrived and said that they actually were opening at 4p. Still he offered to help me which was great! He offered samples. I tried only 2. I did order a couple of other flavors not because the ones I tried were not good but I already had something in mind. LOVE that they made their own ice cream!? I got a scoop of Lubic Strawberry and a mocha… sorry I can’t remember the name. Both are excellent. Each have a balance of flavors. I did not find the texture icy like another reviewer. It was smooth and clean. Of the two, the strawberry was the winner! The shop itself was nice but small. Not much seating to eat there. Location is nice because on the main street of downtown. I wish there was an outdoor seating area especially on a beautiful day like it was today. This was my first time and definitely not my last! I used to live in Hudson but moved away before this place existed. Thank you for opening your shop and making great ice cream! Should have a picture from the outside. Also google does not show the front of the store.
Parking: Can park in the back since there is a lot for things in that building. Otherwise the public lot where you can park for free for 4 hours is just across the street and less than a block up the hill.

Went here for a part of our daddy daughter’s night. We came from Farmington mn and decided to give this family owned shop a try. Excellent homemade ice cream. Lots of unique flavors. To night was our first time and definitely won’t be our last. Like to thank the owner and employee for the amazing service. Will definitely be back

Great homemade ice cream! Between everyone in our group, we had pretty much all the flavors available and across the board thought they were great! I had the lemon honeyberry, peach bourbon, and brown sugar. Also enjoyed the color changing spoons.

Sadness fills my heart.We took a 30 minute detour to swing in because it said it was open.Please correct the Google listing or least put a sign on the door with correct hours lol
