Excellent service, nice atmosphere, didn't have to wait long for the food to come out. Good food. We were on the rooftop, every now and then you would get a little draft of cold air.

Over priced under cooked food.
The valentines experience was disappointing. Medium well steak was cooked rare. And The salmon wasn't fully cooked. I would not recommend on any special occasion. Its too bad. Looks really nice inside though.

I have tried calling well over a dozen times trying to ask few questions. They NEVER answer their phone. Tried at all different hours. I guess they don’t want our business🤔🤔🤔

We went to Mallory’s tonight as first timers on a recommendation from a friend. Would give it an 15/10 if I could. Lori the bar manager was so kind and welcoming! She even gave us a private tour of the basement speakeasy! Our server Owen was knowledgeable and gave great advice on best menu items and his personal favorites!! Can’t wait to tell others about what a great first impression they made! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Was seated at table right by the front door. Had to wear my coat pretty much the entire time because it was so cold.

We were exploring local options, so I went to this site and now wish I had not. After reading the recent responses from management to a couple customers, not even going to try “Mallory’s.” Referring to someone pejoratively as “Karen” (racist) and then “You should have been spanked as a child” and “…eat at home where you belong.”

? I have no idea what happened during this visit but for any manager or owner to respond this way and not address whatever in a respectful manner is awful. Just awful.

I would highly recommend NEVER coming here. Take a moment to review the owners reply’s to negative reviews. The moment I walked in their door the GM was BEYOND rude to me and my family. I have worked in the service industry myself the last 7 years and have never experienced such disrespect. What a horrible way to run your business.
Look at her reply to me 😂 I never even talked to your staff! You yelled at me the moment I walked into the door and I grabbed my family and left. Big fat liar LOL.

Food and service was great, the people around us were a bit loud, little pricey but drinks and food was good.

Came here for the first time. Everything was amazing highly recommend. General manager Lori was so pleasant

I have wanted to come here for a long time! Last night I finally got there! It’s by far everything and more than I expected! I had the crab legs and they are huge & delicious! My friend had a burger that he said was amazing and cooked exactly how he asked (medium). It was Saturday night & the place was busy, the servers were very friendly, the entire place is spotless,& the decor is beautiful I can’t wait to eat on the rooftop next! our entire experience was 10/10!

I would recommend the spinach & artichoke dip to start definitely can tell it’s homemade!

Went to Mallory's after seeing it featured on Facebook. I was greeted promptly by the hostess, who was also my server. I know what I wanted, the ultimate surf and turf. And let me tell you the fillet was tender enough to cut with a butter knife, the scallops were seared just how I like them, the lobster tail was fluffy, and the shrimp were good. Even the asparagus was cooked well. I am very picky where I go, but I will return for more.

Food and service is always great. Even when I take my 2 little kids staff is great with them and they always finish their plate. Just had the walleye strips for the first time and I’m not a fan of walleye but these were delicious.
