I am going to be completely honest with this review. This is, without exception, the worst fast food restaurant in Hudson, Wisconsin. It is also the worst McDonald's I have been to. I have waited to write this review in the hopes the service has improved, unfortunately it has not. Two times I have came through the drive thru and have been charged .25 to add mayo. I questioned this the first time at the pay window and was told a new guy did it wrong but to say substitute mayo next time. The guy didnt even correct it and still charged my car. Just now I went through again and specifically said no ketchup, no mustard, substitute mayo. They still rang it up as add mayo…while at the ordering screen Still I asked her about this and she said they would fix it....read full review
