Update 5/13/2025: I had a order on the mobile app but they forgot the Apple Pie. I noticed this location doesn't focus on the task at hand. The Order Takers and Order Fulfillment employees are so busy stocking cups and lids that they screw up on their primary task!! Lower rating because who screws up an order on the Mobile App???

The service and the workers of this McDonalds just suck. They aren’t polite, they talk down on you, they never make sure you have everything. We sat at the window for two minutes while they just stood there looking at us while we were waiting to ask for the item we never received. If you pay on the mobile app and they run out of something, they never tell you either. They just give you the wrong food. This place sucks.

They gave us the exact correct amount of food for what we ordered. I then sat on an extremely comfortable couch and enjoyed my correct amount of food. Cashier was vibing. 5 stars, wish I could leave a 6th.

I am going to be completely honest with this review. This is, without exception, the worst fast food restaurant in Hudson, Wisconsin. It is also the worst McDonald's I have been to. I have waited to write this review in the hopes the service has improved, unfortunately it has not. Literally every single time I have arrived at the drive through before the other lane, they took the order of the other lane first. This could be understandable if it was the difference of a few seconds, but we are talking minimum 30 seconds. I recognize this does not sound like a long time, but wait 30 seconds and have the second person who just arrived have their order taken first. Like I said minimum as there were several times I was waiting their for a minute or two only to see the person who just pulled into the next lane have their order taken first. I need to also mention the several times, I was waiting to have my order taken for no less than 5 minutes only to leave as they never took my order. This aside, I will address the food quality; which is atrocious. The fries are never hot and more than a few times have the texture of only being recently being defrosted. DO NOT GO HERE. If you just have McDonald's you would be better served going to whatever the next closest location is or better yet go to another fast food location in Hudson. If I could have given this 0 stars, I would have. Whoever owns this particular franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
