Delightful, charming, warm and outstanding! Burrata squash composition was perfection. The short ribs and polenta was beautifully done as was the spaghetti with shrimp dish. Really a flawless presentation and on a Monday night. We were very impressed! Highly recommend.

We LOVE coming to olio! The ambiance, service, and food is always stellar. The sourdough focaccia, insalata, conchiglie pasta, and olive oil ice cream are musts! We had the pleasure of having Mitchell as our server this time. He gave excellent recommendations, top notch service, and was kind, funny, and attentive. Thank you, olio staff! We will definitely be back!
