Excellent service, fast delivery and the environment is great. I went with my family to test some sushi and sashimi rolls. One of the best rolls that four of us loved is the scorpion rolls. Highly recommended. Enjoy

Love this place!!! Iâve never had a bad experience here. Their customer service is top notch and the food is fabulous! They do offer hibachi but itâs without the show, but does not lack in taste! Itâs my favorite hibachi and sushi place. Kevin is our favorite server! I promise you wonât be disappointed⊠my favorites is the Salmon Hibachi dinner with fried rice, and the Volcano Sushi roll.

out for a motorcycle ride by myself from the Milwaukee area. I was told it was very good and I was not disappointed. I sat at the bar and told them what I like and he made a suggestion and it was amazing. I ordered 2 other small dishes after and all very good.

i come here after paintball down the road. always great fish and great service. it's clear they pride themselves on it. nothing better than getting shot with paintballs all morning sitting down here for a post game lunch or dinner.

Great!! A restaurant I would like to recommend! Friendly to customers, fresh sashimi, and various delicious dishes! This is a restaurant that our family always goes to when there is an event! We will always go to this restaurant when our family or guests are there.
I love this place, they have wonderful staff and the owners are just as wonderful and lets talk about the food ...you cant go wrong here its a must if you love Sushi

I donât often leave reviews, but the service here was awful and after seeing an average 4.6 stars I donât understand how. The food was decent, well prepared but very average quality. But our service was truly shockingly rude. We came for lunch at 1pm on a Friday and we were treated as an inconvenience to the wait staff from the moment we sat down. Rushed to order mid conversation, annoyed glares from our waiter when we asked for more time to read through the menu. And as we finished talking at the end of our meal, they cleared our waters to signal âget out nowâ despite staying only 10 minutes past the closed time between lunch and dinner.
Would not recommend this or go back again with such rude service

Sapporo is a true gem in Hudson, WI! The sushi is consistently excellent, with incredibly fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared sashimi. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the outstanding service. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, creating a consistently positive dining experience. A special shoutout to Evaâher attentiveness and friendly demeanor always make our visits memorable. We look forward to returning again and again!
