Tried to call to order 12 burger fry combos. The phone would answer and hang up after 3 tries. Had to order in person. Food is good, but service is terrible. This was not the 1st incident at this place either.

The service is beyond poor. This place has 4 cooks in the back, and 22 minutes later still waiting on 2 burgers and a fry. And NO, not busy at all. AT ALL!! Got my money and ran to 5 Guys. 5 minutes later out the door with food.

The staff was awesome, manager made my shake. Him and the girl at the front counter were very friendly. I had high Hope's for the food, especially the rosemary fries but the food was just ok.

Godd good, great people. The general manager Tim is awesome. He was working the front today when my sister and I went in for lunch. Her first time at Smashburger, won't be her last. Not my last time either. Tim made us feel welcome right off the bat. Food came out hot and fresh. Will definitely be back.
