Delectable bites all around. You can't go wrong stopping at St Croix baking company. I have yet to find anything here that isn't excellent. And now that I know about St. Croix baking company in Hudson, my car will not breeze by Hudson anymore. 😋 I used to go from Eau Claire to the twin cities without stopping but now that I know better I have to stop at this bakery.

St Croix Baking Company is an absolute gem in Hudson, WI! Chef Charles offers so many delicious bread, pastry, breakfast sandwich, and ice cream options! The Hudson sourdough is the best we’ve had. The homemade pizza dough is also delicious. Every time we come in, the staff is so friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Chef Charles crafted our son and daughter-in-law's cake this past weekend. Absolutely delicious and over the top service. I highly recommend St. Croix Bakery not only for their scrumptious desserts, we also served chocolate/raspberry and lemon meringue tarts, but for the personized service and attention to detail. The Hudson Sourdough was soo delicious I couldn't even get a picture of it before my family gobbled it all up! A crackling outside and fluffy soft inside it was reasonably priced as well. Service was warm ❤️ The only thing I would change is that there would be seating to enjoy the goods but the space is small so they might not have room. Will visit again!

PIE! The pies are SO worth a visit and there are many other very good things on offer. But the pie is in a class by itself. Even my mother-in-law liked it😎The one I had was easily in my lifetime top 5 slices of pie.
