I absolutely just love the people who work at this store! Today I went there with them not knowing it was a bad day for me being the day my mom passed away 21 years ago and my grandmas birthday any way I did my online order and stopped through the drive thru to pick up and got these words written on my cup this morning “You’ve got this “ with a smiley face and I didn’t noticed till later they had also put flowers all around the Starbucks symbol it was like know me so well and just knew I needed a few words of positive was this morning and the flowers like those were for my mom n grandma as they both lived their flowers!! So Thank You to this mornings crew working at 6:30am this 4th of July you made my morning so much better!!

Workers talking loudly to each other (even swearing), making it impossible to concentrate on anything. Even more unnecessary given they are talking through headsets and could be quieter yet still talking loud/across the store
Edit- Returned again, music insanely loud, workers insanely loud, terrible environment for actually being in the store. Like they don't want anyone there

All the workers here are so nice and friendly. I love coming in to do my homework. It’s always a great experience. I never go to any other Starbucks because the people who work at this one make it such a friendly environment.
