Had a chicken curry sub for lunch and it was great! Kids liked their subs as well. Will definitely be visiting again

The Philly is a deli roast beef sandwich, served cold, with crunchy veg and unmelted cheese. Arby's is better.
Better example: Subway Steak n Cheese is better.

We stopped by on our way to the Dells and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly, the ingredients tasted really fresh, and the sandwiches were delicious. My kids are already asking if we can come again on our way back home.

The Subhouse in Hudson has the charm you hope for in a small-town spot—quirky character, friendly staff, and sandwiches that tastes like it should earn at least 3.5- star rating. But here’s the rub: for what it costs, you’d expect white tablecloths and a violinist in the corner, not paper baskets and a 20-minute wait for a few sandwiches in which all you can really taste is vinegar.
The pricing feels like it belongs in downtown Chicago, not hometown Wisconsin. And while the team is kind, there was zero sense of urgency. I wasn’t expecting fast food speeds, but I also wasn’t planning on needing a halftime show and snacks for the kids while we waited. Yes, in fact i saw adults eating snacks from their backpacks while they waited on their sandwiches.
If they shaved the prices and picked up the pace, it’d be a close 4. For now, it’s a 3—delicious, yes, but missing on two big basics: value and service.

This is a nice local sub shop on the main strip serving a wide variety of made to order hot and cold subs on a variety of rolls and wraps. My sub was quite tasty and filling, especially for the price. They have friendly service too.

Best sandwiches in town!!
The food is not what it used to be.
I ordered 5 subs (including 1 kid's) for ~$50. Fair. The staff was friendly enough, and chatted with my granddaughter and I while making our sandwiches, but I either distracted both employees making my subs, or they weren't properly taught how to make sandwiches. The only sub that was great was the Triple (Itallian club). And, it was really great! However, all sandwiches were falling apart. The Turkey-Avocado and the Roast Beef subs each had no more meat on them that the Kids sub! The worst was the Tuna Salad. I recall loving tuna subs from Sub House, but I was either mistaken or they're not what they used to be. I would rather have been told they were out of tuna salad and order something else than be served plain/dry canned tuna smeared haphazardly on dry bread sprinkled sprouts and tomato. Wish I would've taken photos.

Subhouse is an awesome little sandwich shop. Their subs are so much better than a Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. The Triple Zest Italian is one of my favorites, highly recommend.

We are usually very happy with our experience but this time was very disappointing. We ordered two half subs one tuna one turkey. The turkey didn’t come with the cheese it was supposed to, both sandwiches were more like thirds rather than halves (super small) and the bread on both was rock hard. We had already brought it home and were super hungry so we ate it but it was not great. The bread was either old or it was over baked.

I love everything about this place! The place is quaint but comfortable. The location is a block off the waterfront. Staff (Cherri) is personable, cheery, funny, and sweet. The bread here is theeee best, and so many options to choose from. I will never go to another sub type place again! Deliciously done, guys!
