I love everything about this place! The place is quaint but comfortable. The location is a block off the waterfront. Staff (Cherri) is personable, cheery, funny, and sweet. The bread here is theeee best, and so many options to choose from. I will never go to another sub type place again! Deliciously done, guys!

First I want to say whoever owns the Subhouse should be VERY proud of their staff. When we walked in & saw three young boys working we weren’t sure what to expect. I did not catch names, but they were some of the most friendly and respectful boys around. We’re still blown away by how they handled the place and us as customers - including our toddler. Not that they knew, this was actually our first time ever stopping in. Clean, spacious environment, food came out quickly/was very well put together and tasted GREAT!!!

Stopped in for the first time today and got the Groz (sub of the month) with a cup of cheesy asparagus soup. Excellent bread, good sandwich, delicious soup. Hope I am working nearby again so I can come back!

More impressive are the people at the Subhouse. Hayley, Sherry and the rest of the team are the best. They are always smiling, happy and welcoming each time I visit. Best sub sandwiches in Hudson! Best lemonade in Hudson, too. You can go spend $100 for dinner at a restaurant nowadays, yet you won't be able to buy yourself a decent cup of lemonade in that same tab. But you can here at the Subhouse! Love this place. Every sandwich I've had is delicious. If they run a special combination sandwich, it'll be delicious and you won't be disappointed. Everyone's so friendly here and they're so efficient!
Kid-friendliness: They have mini sub meals with kid juice boxes instead of just soda pop options. Their bread is delicious and soft and won't rip up the roof of your little one's mouth. Ingredients are fresh and service is so fast, little ones won't have a long wait at all.

My first couple of experiences at The Subhouse were great! And so much so it was my daughter's favorite restaurant. So we were very disappointed when we ordered it for her birthday party, and they failed to make and include her custom made sandwich we paid for. To make it right, I took her back a few weeks later. Knowing better this time, I had to open the bag, unwrap the sandwich and check to make sure it was correct...it was not again! They offered to make a new one and as I was watching them make it, I noticed they were about to close it AGAIN with it being wrong and had to remind them again. The service is extremely poor.
