I recently sat at the bar in the restaurant while Sherry was bartending. She took forever to greet us even though there was only a couple people at bar and so she wasn’t even busy. She also never once said “thank you” and to top it off, she messed up our bill by putting an item on it we never ordered. I can accept people are human and make mistakes but not even a “sorry” from her. She acts as if she is doing the customer a favor by waiting on them.

Last 3 times we were there we had Jenny for a server. The first 2 times we had to go to the bar to get our own second drink because she would never come back to check on us or even look our way. The bartender looked very annoyed that we had to come up to the bar to ask for a drink when we had a server.
