I placed an order through the app on 11/8, gave my name at the drive thru and got my food at the window without any issues. I ordered again today, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they don't have mobile ordering yet. I said I have confirmation of the order and I had just picked up a mobile order from that location days ago. They asked me to pull up. I gave her my phone to show her the receipt in the app and she showed me the order was canceled. I don't know if she canceled it, or it was just crazy timing. She asked my name, and then said she didn't have any orders with that name. I guess they could take phone orders, otherwise there would be no reason to have anyone's name, because they don't have mobile ordering. There may have been an issue with the app, which isn't their fault. I'm sure they've had people try to pick up food that was actually ordered at a different location. However, they were so rude and inconvenienced about everything. At least apologize and lie that you'll let someone know about the app. I can't imagine I'm the only person that the app allowed to order from that location, despite them not having mobile ordering, so it's unlikely I was the first customer to run into this situation. She finally offered to take my order, but said they didn't have any ice cream. Also, I'm not crazy, because my teenage son was with me both times, and confirmed I did pick up a mobile order from that location earlier in the month, and I have the receipt in my app. The same person was working both times. Maybe call ahead if you want to place a mobile order. You could save yourself a trip and a frustrating interaction with a condescending employee.

I stopped to grab dinner, metal beams with no panels, as rain ran down beams Into my eyes as trying to read menu. Young girl opens window as polite as a pit bull being teased by a poodle. Give my order and unable to understand the amount owed as employee speaks horribly broken what I assume was an attempt at English. Rain filling my wallet with again no sheltered roof. I just kept giving her money til she stopped taking it, so assume we got to the total due or she was happy with paying her car insurance. Open bag to see a burger out of box with toppings everywhere. This place is so bad it's comical to a point. I apologize for giving one star as you are forced to give that, but this place doesn't even deserve 1 star review.

Sauce was poured over the chicken strips to the point that the bottom strips were totally saturated. We were under the impression that the sauce would be in separate containers. TOO MUCH SAUCE!!!

Hours NOT as Advertised!! LIARS!!! Came out of our travel route JUST for DQ’s Chicken Basket. It was 7pm when we arrived. Per google 9pm listed for closing time. Arrive at location & sign outside states 9pm. Yet the glass window was slid closed in our face Just before being told as if we should have known better “We Are Closed” followed by the entire outside lights being shut off!! As another car rolled into the drive way, in store for disappointment just as we are!!!!

Ordered online and went to pick up the order... they were closed due to staffing issues. I understand that. But the owner, the only one who can authorize my refund, is at a wedding for the week and can't be bothered to take care of his customers.

Not entirely happy. The food I got was not fresh. Bun on flamethrower was hard on one side. The soggy fries were not even hot. The two employees I dealt with did not speak good English and did not understand my problems. I'll make the drive to Bessemer DQ next time where I never had any issues.
