Interesting 🤨 cannot be the word because being a 4’??” Caucasian woman from SoCal doesn’t mean I know Mexican Food like the back of my hand (even though I do know Mexican Food and how to prepare it exactly like looking at the back of my hand) this was rosarita beans and it’s comparable enchilada sauce on/in a burrito trying to say that’s authentic Mexican Food. I to make my own Masa (corn tortilla mash) for tamales, tortillas and even tortilla soup (yes! Masa is in Mexican soups 🤯) all it takes is ground popcorn kernels, salt, a LITTLE water and lard.

We travelling through and found El Tarasco on Google Maps. We like to try different restaurants and this one didn’t disappoint. It was easy to find. There was a good selection of menu choices. Good selection of beverages too.

Couldn't rate this place because we went in (6 of us) she showed us the table we could have when the others sitting at table were done. Fine, went to the bar and sat for 10+ minutes and no bartender ever appeared. No one appeared. A few others at the bar had drinks so there was someone there at one time. Lost our business, we left and won't go back
