The room was dirty and the water ran brown even after I ran it for ages. The “manager” said he would reimburse me but didn’t. The bed had stains in it. Disgusting place and the staff were inconsiderate and unhelpful to say the least. I wouldn’t go back there if I were paid to

Terrible, very run down, Heat worked when it wanted. Bathroom very dirty. Toilet seat broken. Parking lot barely passable and not cleared. Desk person defensive. I would not recommend this Motel. Extensions cords all over the room. Lamp falling apart and unsafe.

My worst motel experience ever, the new owner ship should be ashamed. December 2022 we had 3 rooms for multiple nights, we arrived to rooms with out towels or toilet paper and snow covered front steps and sidewalks. During our stay we lost heat in all of our rooms -(all were below 60 degrees in the morning) when I contacted the manager he tried to tell me this is normal with hot water heat systems and wanted to argue about the situation. I have stayed at the Silver Street motel about a dozen times in the last 10 years it was never a 5 star motel but it was warm, clean and stocked with normal amenities' you would expect. my suggestion is to STAY CLEAR

They were super great and accommodating for a last minute snowboarding trip, I’ll stay here every time I come to Hurley. Room was clean and comfortable. Management was very accessible even through text.
Not any classier or trashier than the other 100 bars/whorehouses in Hurley. I highly recommend the French onion soup.
