The service was really good but the food was not. I ordered two burgers and both of them were not completely cooked, maybe my bad i could have said well done but I wasn't asked so I assumed they would have been. There was multiple hairs found in my burger and when i called to let them know, they said "you will have to come back and show me since that has never happened before". I don't live over here so I was not able to come back as i already made some distance leaving. The Mac n Cheese was good though. Don't recommend.

We have gotten food numerous times n every other time the bun n burger are burnt on cheeseburgers n if we get fried onions it drips with oil/butter we have told them n obviously it doesn't matter to them bc they don't try to change it we are locals n have talked to other people in area with same problem so just get ice cream nothing else

My wife and I stopped by for a custard cone,flavor of the day! Heath. Awsome! Can't wait to go back for a burger or if it's on a Friday, their fish fry! I told her,if she plays her cards right, it'll be sooner or later!????
Have been eating kopps custard for 40 years, we herd the stand had strawberry cheesecake custard so we went to give it a try, knowing none cuold be as good as kopps we were blown away. It was better, and the burger and fries were amazing too.
