Extremely nice people. I love that there were options of meat sticks and cheese from all around the area, not just one place.

Great selection of cheeses and fantastic sandwiches.

Great shop for local Wisconsin cheese, summer sausage, and other goodies. Super nice people and some of the best prices around. And they'll ship almost anywhere!

Huge selection of cheeses which you can sample before purchase. Delicatessen makes sandwiches. Ham was good, did not care for the turkey. We'll be back for more cheese.

For six years I drove past Bieri's Cheese & Deli going down Hwy P between Hwy 145 and Sherman Rd, but the timing of them being open and me going past rarely worked out. I was heading down Hwy P yesterday and saw they were open, so I pulled over quick and stopped in. In addition to some Cajun cheese curds, sliced cheese, and frozen brats, I ordered a build your own sandwich consisting of a hard roll, turkey, roast beef, muenster cheese, lettuce, and butter. The sandwich was very good. I appreciate that you can build your own in addition to the 12 predefined sandwiches they sell. Muenster is my favorite cheese and butter is far less common to find as a condiment than mayo is at sub/sandwich shops, so I was glad to see both of those were options. I feel like I got a fair amount of turkey and roast beef too. The Sweet Summertime (butter, summer sausage, Colby, and lettuce on wheat bread) sounds awesome, so I'll try that next time. The store isn't super huge, but they manage to have a large selection of cheese to choose from as well as some dry goods and a refrigerator with cheese curds, string cheese, and summer sausage. They do have some sliced meat for sale, but most of the main display case is cheese. A single standing freezer contains a nice selection of locally made brats. Prices are a little higher than what you might find at a big chain grocery store, but the quality is just as good if not better.
The only place in town that I found horseradish cheese curds.

The variety of flavors in their bratwurst was wonderful. Ended up going home with 6 packages. Their handmade sandwiches are also fantastic. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

OMG, stopped here today for the first time and brought some cheese, salami and some deli sandwiches. I cannot express enough how good the sandwiches were. Wow. So fresh, so tasty. This will be on our radar many times moving forward. Highly recommend.
