Retro Grade Shop

I love that they have pumpkin spice coffee ALL YEAR ROUND. It stands out from all other coffee shops including the big companies like Starbucks. You know what the people want, and because of that, this is my first choice when getting a coffee. I hope you consider adding more all year round flavors as well, like ginger bread, sugar cookie, ECT. As long as you got the pumpkin spice, I'll keep coming!

I rarely write reviews and I’m sorry but the food/drink I was given here was comically awful. I paid $23(!!!) for the worst chai tea I have ever had and a tiny gluten free wrap that was almost all lettuce. I actually don’t understand how you can mess up an iced chai to this extent. Really really frustrating to spend that much money on two items I had to throw in the garbage.

Moved to the area, I was really excited about this place and wow, what a let down. Ambiance is nice but the service was just sad. Literally counted 6 ladies behind the counter, all of them talking to each other and not acknowledging me or my wife, they were literally just gossiping with their back turn to the public. This just happened about 20min ago and Im still mad. When I finally interrupted them so they could take care of us, one of them got defensive and even physicaly showed her annoyance by slapping her thighs in frustration, like a kid. They were all teenagers. The lady proceeded to take my order and dumped both of my muffins inside the bag upside down. It was just so rude, the whole experience was so disappointing. No reason for them to just ignore their customers and treat then like they are doing them a favor. Then ask for a tip 😂please

First time here and never will be back. For 2 sandwiches with no sides and 2 breves and 2 muffins to go was $55! They charged us each $2.50 for half and half so that made my 16oz dirty chai breve almost $10! The sandwich was good but nothing special and the drink was bland. I had to go home and add more chai and espresso to fix it. Liked the building but would never revisit. My husband and travel to different coffee places around the state and this was very disappointing.

Met friends for coffee. It was quick and very good. Very homey feel. Wished I'd noticed the egg sandwich. I only saw sub sandwich menu and wasn't ready for a sub for breakfast.

Ugh. They have the potential to be so much better. They are always “sold out” of bakery items and their mobile ordering never has accurate inventory counts so we never get what we order because they are “out”.

I like to post reviews good and corrective. Live in town and come here often. Love the atmosphere, unique eats and beverages that are pretty good. The service is 95% good as well. There is one staff member…. I’ve given her 4-5 visits to see if the first was just a bad day. Nope. Unfortunately her demeanor, facial expressions, and tone have consistently remained unamused, unhappy, irritated and annoyed. The “is that it?” x3 while ordering is overkill. I’ve tried being light hearted, find something to compliment her on… and her demeanor doesn’t change. People walked in behind us and you could clearly see the irritation in her face, and see her sigh. She was at the counter and two others were at the drive thru window or running drinks. Smiles on faces, pleasant tone. Clearly liking their jobs. I couldn’t find an email to reach out to. She’s also the only one without a nametag. She’s there often, daily? At least there each time I visit. Is she ok? Does she need a break? I wanted to say something, to see if she’s ok. I’m not a complainer, just thought someone should know. That’s the first thing customers see when they walk in or drive up. :(

I have to update my review. I’ve been coming back on a regular basis still. Today we enjoyed some sandwiches, smoothies, and a Naked Latte. Wow the Rotisserie is AWESOME! “Chicken salad” choice of bread, just a hint of spice. Latte delish. Service… SPLENDID!! I have no complaints these past few months. Wonderful coffee shop all the way around!!!!

Its too hot in this coffee shop. Employees VISIBLY sweat through their clothes and my cold blended drink is always foaming luke warm due to the temperature on hot days. I brought someone to experience coffeeville just to sit outside to have some cooler air. Id really like to continue to enjoy this place however i wont be returning without a resaonable decrease in temperature, not only for myself and the quality of your menu but for your employees.
