Food was alright. The new management has really let this place go. I’ve been coming to this restaurant my whole life and I have never seen it so trashed. Food all over the place. The ground, on the tables, just absolutely trashed. Not mention missing pieces of trim everywhere.. so disappointing

Update: They dont even try. They just give it to you like that now. This always happens to my cups and they get mad when i ask for an extra. Well if the cups they use for their custard didnt have slices in them i wouldnt have to. I had ONE undamaged cup in the year of 2025. Dont believe me? Go get a mixer and may the odds be forever in your flavor.

I haven't had a hot, well put together burger is a few years. Culver's isn't what it was, especially Jackson. You used to always be able to count on fresh hot food and a clean dining room. Neither are true any more. Bummer.

In Wisconsin Fridays are known for Friday Fish frys. My stop at the Jackson Culver's just so happened to be a Friday. Luckily for you a Cod Fish Fry is available any day of the week. I choose to go with a Cod Fish sandwich rather than the 2 or 3 piece fish dinner's available. This sandwich is a full piece of cod that is deep fried perfection of thick white cod meat that was a nice and hot.Plus, you get the famous crinkle Culver's fries that were nice and warm with just the right amount of salt. The sandwich comes on a perfect sized bun with the combination of tartar and chopped cheese that completes sandwich. I also enjoyed Culver's diet Root Beer. What a great tasty combination at a reasonable price with a fast service that doesn't give the impression of a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend you stop by your local Culver's and find your perfect combo meal.

Ordered just Custard and a shake. Waited 20 mins saw about 10 food orders be distributed that ordered after me. The only way I got my order was I went back to the window and told him. He disappeared for about 30 seconds and handed me my order. The fact he just handed me so quickly and the custard was melting tells me it had just been sitting there. I'm giving a low review because this isn't the first time this has happened at a Culver's

I eat at a lot of Culver's in the Wisconsin area and whoever is the manager at this location needs to relax, it's just a job. I mean they're so petite they won't even give you napkins in the drive thru, they want to save money so bad and the portions are the worst, I got the chilli it had no meat and one bean, it was vegetable soup. The manager got all the workers on pins and needles I've never seen a Culver's that is stingy with food servings and simple things like napkins. Worst Culver's in Wisconsin so far.
Love their burgers, good custard, although I would like more flavors that aren't just candy or cookies thrown into vanilla or chocolate custard.

I've been at this location several times this summer, several times the custard in a cone is melted before its even handed to me. I hear oh I'm sorry, as it's dripping down the outside of my car door, or all over the cone with no napkins, today, all over my door ,I heard again oh I'm sorry, it's all over my jeans, my hands and my car and it was just handed to me. I find that to be very rude to actually hand someone an custard cone that's melting all over the place that they are paying money for. Maybe make the cone once the customer is at the window and your ready to hand it to them!!! I can understand if this happens once or twice, but all the time,and constantly asking for napkins common sense you should give every customer a napkin especially when eating an icecream crone!!!
