No English menu! Display menu "not working", so clerk said, "I'll just ring up what you want." Maybe I want to see my choices and what it's going to cost before I order!

I have ordered 4 pizzas all the same one 4 different occasions and every time the pizza has come back wrong. Then I am told I will get a free pizza and every time I have been charged for the pizza. First time the pizza was wrong I didn't call but 3 times after is crazy. Either they need management help or ordering online is the wrong way to go. Be careful ordering any specially pizzas from this one. They are never as they should be.

New to the area for 7 months now. Consistently been ordering Dominos for Friday pizza nights or birthdays. Staff always friendly, food hot and delish! I see the other reviews, but honestly, we have never had a bad order or experience yet!

Never disappointed, everything we have ordered has always been domino's good. Happy to have them here in Jackson! The other pizza places here in town are over priced for what you get, domino's is the better and most consistent choice. And they usually have great deals or coupons. We had a birthday party for a 14 year old and was able to get 6 two topping pizzas for under $50.00 and everyone was happy ?

Sooo i don’t normally order from dominos anymore just because im trying to be healthier . However today was a cheat day and i was so looking forward to my chicken … 7 bucks for the chicken and I bet you it’s barely 8 ounces of chicken . You make us order a certain amount of money worth of food for delivery yet the quantity is not worth the product received. I ordered two of these . A pineapple and a bbq chicken . Both of which are shamefully low on amount of product . Especially for 7 bucks a piece on them . Money is tight for the average person these days and when we do decide to spend our money on something we are definitely hoping for our dollars worth . This is ridiculous though . Is this what happens when someone doesn’t want to run to the cooler to restock during lunch rush ??

This was my first and most likely my last time ordering from this Domino’s. Way too much sauce was put on the pizza which made all of the toppings slide off and difficult to to eat. I was also unsure if the dough was cooked though all the way. If you’re thinking about spending over $25 I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered delivery. I haven’t had dominos in years. I’d say the buffalo chicken specialty was misleading. It did not look like the photos, and I thought they gave us the wrong thing. I’d probably call it chicken pebbles with half a block of cheese melted on top lol. It did still taste good.The pizza actually is surprisingly good. I forgot how much I enjoy the hand tossed crust from time to time.

Bad location in Jackson. The store is new and clean. Employees are friendly and polite, but the food quality and quantity is absolutely terrible. They constantly skimp on the toppings and sometimes put too much sauce on the pizza in poor attempt to hide the lack of ingredients. Well, tonight they hit a new low. Not only they skimped on the toppings as usual, but also on the sauce, which made it bone dry! Plus, the pizza was burned. I will include photos with this review, just so people see what I'm talking about. To add insult to injury they're begging for tips with their empty tip jar. Excuse me, but what do you expect a tip for? A poorly prepared pizza that I come to pick up? It's ridiculous and pathetic. Today was my last visit to this Domino's location. The corporate should really look into this slacking and unethical franchisee. For shame.

Great pizza needed more sauce
