I'm a repeat patron of this restaurant and it's frequently the place of choice when meeting with my kids to catch up. The service and food have always been very good. With today's visit, however, my skillet dish was a bit undercooked with hash browns that were browned and crispy on the outside, but cool and quite solid on the inside. The owner regularly visits the tables and when he checked on ours, I did tell him that my skillet was a bit under par. He immediately took the price of my meal off our bill and offered me another food item at no cost. His response and the courtesy of our waitress, and the shy so but polite young man who was repeatedly eager to fill our coffee and take away our used plates made our experience very satisfying, despite the mistake made this one time, out of all the years we have been coming here. Highly recommend Jimmy's for a comfortable relaxed family meal with the best homemade food in the area.

We really Love the fish fry. The breakfast is amazing, too. Very friendly and highly recommend. Honestly I would have gave them 10 stars 🌟.

Absolutely love Jimmys!!! We went for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day and was pleasantly impressed! Good priced food and big portions .The cheese curds are the best! Staff and owner, Costa, are so welcoming and friendly!

The restaurant was busy.....and very clean everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I came here after working 3rd shift with some friends, I got a meal and my friends got the fancy bloody Mary's, the food was really good, My biggest concern about this place as we were sitting at the bar how they treated their new employee that was only on her 2nd day of work. The one lady I believe was the manager she seemed pretty nice but just opening and no smiles or friendliness especially from the lady with the glasses, very rude. I felt like I was sitting here watching sharks or wolves fighting for prey (customers) which was just absolutely wild to me. Never saw any place like that. I didnt get anyone's name besides the new lady who came in ready to work.

BEST breakfast in SE WI. Super friendly staff and incredible food. The owner always stopping by our booth to check on us is the icing on the cake. Jimmy’s appreciates its customers. Well, the customers appreciate Jimmy’s even more.
