BOO! Only wanted one thing, a sugar free Vanilla iced coffee w/a shot of expresso added. Ordered in the app, got to the drive thru & was informed they don't have any sugar free options for coffee. After politely indicating I didn't want anything else thing else the cashier asked me if I wanted my money back.....(it sure wasn't a donation to MCDs)Cashier was pleasant enough but I was bummed there was no SF coffee.

Bought mocha Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso on app. Went through drive thru and they said "sorry our espresso machine is broken and ill have to take the $1.80 loss" lol. I called back a week later and asked if I could get money back or have the espresso added to another order. And she laughed and said no and hung up. Horrible experience. I was a regular customer too. NOT ANYMORE...

I have 4 under 10 and they actually have a play place this is a good place to go when it's cold and you need cheap fun. My order is always correct and quick. The staff is young and checked out but polite. Always clean.

If i could give a zero. I would. Got a 6 piece mcnugget. it came with 5. got an oreo mcflurry. it was 99% plain ice cream. and not serving fries on free fry friday. absolute joke. It is 10 at night. they werent even busy. why is this so complicated. you got one job, do it.

There is an older lady by the registers who does have an unpleasant attitude. I noticed others have mentioned her. I wouldn't like her to get fired, but she definitely does need an attitude adjustment. That's it.

Had to wait 15 min for our food, others had to wait longer. At least you could order inside at the counter and no at a kiosk. Service has gone WAY down at most McD. As a rule we have cut our stops at least in half because of this.

Kind of disappointed that the price of the fountain drinks increasee again. When ordering a value meal I was upcharged $.50 for a large drink with my breakfast meal. Came home to realize I received a diet coke instead if my Dr. Pepper. Cup was marked as other. It was other alright!
