Bread tasted and felt old and employee put one black olive on at a time like she was rationing it.Very slow service with no customers besides us. Will not come back to this Subway. Employees couldn't understand basic order. This Subway gives all Subways a bad name.

I love subway subs . But will never step foot in the Jackson subway again they don't honor coupons.they told me they were not a participating subway.

Online order. Bread is stale, soup only half filled and when I asked for crackers they didn't know what they were. Paid upcharge for avacado and has to dissect the entire sandwich to find a tiny smear. Requested extra vinegar & oil, was dry as a bone. Do NOT recommend this location.

My sandwich bread was stale and rock hard. I paid 41 dollars for 2 subs and a flatbread and I think at least it should be enjoyable. I am now done with this subway. I will try the other ones nearby to many bad experiences.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Went in with a coupon for buy ANY 3 footlongs for $17.99. He would not honor it and said I could not do hot meats, only cold like turkey or ham. Not even a meatball sub. I read out loud the words on the coupon on the bottom and it did not say excludes the subs i was trying to order. I would NEVER go to this subway again. I have never had a problem using coupons that came in the mail at any other subway.

went at 8:30 and was turned around at the door because they said they “decided to close early” and that we should’ve come around 8 even though they close at 9. Locked the door as we were walking up to it and told us to leave. awful service

Highly NOT recommended. Will not waste my time here again. This restaurant opens at 8 am walk in at 8:22 no one to be found. Guy walks out saying nothing starts to bring all food containers out of the refrigerator placing all containers in their spots. When he is done asked what I would like, I would like a breakfast sandwich. He said no the toaster was not going to be ready for another 10 minutes. If you are not able to serve food until 8:45 why be open at 8. I walked out at 8:33 no food

Tried asking for easy spinach , they added more and I just said never mind I’ll take it off myself. The guy working said “no English” and I just kept moving on. They also have a steel cover where they add the meats/cheese to the sandwiches so you are unable to see what is being added on that side. Seems odd and unlike normal subways.
