I would give 0 stars if i could. Went in with a coupon for buy ANY 3 footlongs for $17.99. He would not honor it and said I could not do hot meats, only cold like turkey or ham. Not even a meatball sub. I read out loud the words on the coupon on the bottom and it did not say excludes the subs i was trying to order. I would NEVER go to this subway again. I have never had a problem using coupons that came in the mail at any other subway.

Highly NOT recommended. Will not waste my time here again. This restaurant opens at 8 am walk in at 8:22 no one to be found. Guy walks out saying nothing starts to bring all food containers out of the refrigerator placing all containers in their spots. When he is done asked what I would like, I would like a breakfast sandwich. He said no the toaster was not going to be ready for another 10 minutes. If you are not able to serve food until 8:45 why be open at 8. I walked out at 8:33 no food

They also have a steel cover where they add the meats/cheese to the sandwiches so you are unable to see what is being added on that side. Seems odd and unlike normal subways.

Haven’t been to the Jackson, WI Subway in a couple of years. Boy, has this place gone downhill. No acknowledgement when entering building. No acknowledgement that we were standing at the counter. Language barrier. Food was not good. Tasted very off. We all ended up throwing most of our food away. I got a soda, and the soda machine was filthy! Something reddish growing on the overflow reservoir. Will NEVER return to this location. Used to be a favorite place we went when in the area.

They don't know what they're doing ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches turbo oven down, couldn't heat up flat bread or eggs or cheese. They put microwave meat on with everything else being cold, not room temperature and within a minute everything was cold. Would of been fine if they just said can't do it now, but don't hack it together. No pride or proper training in work anymore just a paycheck and who cares.
