I was charged twice for food I dident even get becouse they dicided I guess to just close early yesterday withought posting it anywhere and still allowing you to attempt to place orders, so I lost almost 40$ on nothing that was literally my lunch and dinner for the next 2 days until I get paid gone. Im not happy I dont know what changed be it managment or what but I am never ordering from this jimmy johns again if I dont get my money back by friday I am going to be complaining.

The people at this location are great. They're friendly and the drivers are awesome. Even when they have to send delivery through Uber and the Uber driver messes up, they're very helpful and understanding.

Stale bread skimpy on the fixings. 3 times there and three times disappointed. Won’t go back ever.

Not the best JJs by a long shot. The sandwich felt soggy and the bread was doughy, and it felt like it was super light in terms of ingredients. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that was clearly expired.

Not coming back here. Would easily drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another one.

Best Jimmy Johns ever! Customer service is great. Food was great today. I’ve made a mistake on my order. Ordered the wrong thing called them back without even looking at my order. They sent me a new order. I’d realized it was all my fault. They were so so sweet and so kind.

Food and staff are always good. Dining room is not taken care of very well. I had to find the least dirty table to sit at today. And there was nobody else in the dining room and at least 5 employees.

A Jimmy John’s delivery driver hit my legally parked car while making a delivery—with a company sign on his vehicle—but was uninsured at the time. When I contacted the Kaukauna store to resolve the issue, the General Manager told me it wasn’t their problem. When I asked to speak with someone else, she admitted she had been instructed not to provide me with any additional contact information if I called.

I then reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate office, who informed me that the Kaukauna location is privately owned and said my message would be forwarded to the franchisee. That was well over a week ago, and I’ve still received no response.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a business would allow uninsured drivers to make deliveries and then take no responsibility when damage is done. Accidents happen—but ignoring the customer and refusing to help resolve the situation is unacceptable.

This location is the worst. They said they ran out bread. I was standing right next to a full cart of bread. I asked what that was for. Online orders. What the hell am I . that is unacceptable.

I pick up food orders at every single JJ’s in the Fox Valley area, this location is the worst. It’s the only location that insists 3rd party drivers must fill the drink orders. That is absolutely NOT TRUE according to our direct delivery policy. If other drivers are filling drinks, they should not be. 3rd party Drivers pick up full filled orders ONLY! Drivers do not prepare food or fill drinks period! We also have the option to cancel orders if wait time is longer than 15 minutes.
