I pick up food orders at every single JJ’s in the Fox Valley area, this location is the worst. It’s the only location that insists 3rd party drivers must fill the drink orders. That is absolutely NOT TRUE according to our direct delivery policy. If other drivers are filling drinks, they should not be. 3rd party Drivers pick up full filled orders ONLY! Drivers do not prepare food or fill drinks period! We also have the option to cancel orders if wait time is longer than 15 minutes.
I don’t normally do this but after today’s visit. So I went to JJ in Kaukauna today, sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I then asked why so long of a wait and now will have 10 mins to eat lunch , the lady at the window said” Well that’s not my “f word” problem took my card rudely rang it up. Then I asked for her name , she replied I’m not going to give it to you because the manager won’t care! And the Manager refused to talk to me about the situation saying she wasn’t going to deal with the complaint!
This place should not be in business just a horrible experience 😩.....
The lobby is closed at 7:45 on a Saturday, terrible place

As a person that eats only vegetables, I love the way they keep their vegetables fresh. I have never been dissatisfied from a sandwich from this Jimmy Johns.
Slowest jj in Kaukauna wi I've ever been too unbelievably slow and people where just leaving after 15 minutes waiting in drive through
Pretty lame that I paid $2.30 to add bacon to my sandwich and you only gave me 1 slice, I would hope for 2.30 upcharge to be at least 2 or 3 slices but I feel ripped off a bit in that regard...
The tomatoes were certainly pushing their expiration and tasted weird... not a good experience at the Kaukauna Jimmy Johns
stoped in drive through at 850 no one would come to it. Then called while in drive through and was told they close at nine i said it was 852. He said it was nine for them. Good help is hard to find!!!!!!

Slow seems to be a common theme when I order from this location. Last time I ordered deliver they forgot lettuce on my sub, when I called for replacement the girl on the phone was very pleasant and quick to resolve the issue. They resent our the delivery driver with the sub made correctly. Jimmy John's is a fav but I would recommend ordering from a different location.

UPDATE- WORKERS SHUT THE STORE DOWN AT 6:45PM DURING DINNER RUSH AND OFFERED A FREE COOKIE FOR THEIR INCONVENIENCE. THE MANAGER LYING OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME HE CAN'T TELL ME HIS NAME BECAUSE IT'S COMPANY POLICY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KIDS DO NOT KNOW HOW BUSINESSES RUN!!!
This restaurant is struggling. Every time we order there is only 2 workers. Swamped with many many deliveries. They clear the order as delivered and take their phone of the hook for over an hour. Sometimes the phone is busy all night. Waiting 1.5hrs for a sub is pretty bad. These poor workers can't run a business alone. They are over worked, over stressed, don't know how to deal with customers. Owner needs to do something ASAP

What you order compared to what you actually get!
PATHETIC! When i asked why this sandwich (that cost $9) didn't look anything like the picture representing it, the response was, "because it doesn't have pickles on it"
Look at these pictures and tell me if you think a couple of pickles is really making the big difference here? When I asked why it doesn't look like the picture the answer was "It doesn't come like that"
WHAT??? What kind of false advertisement is that?
My wife gets this every time we order here and it's always the same, well, not anymore! We're done with Jimmy Johns and are taking our business to Jersey Mikes!
