Recently ordered from Pagoni’s and there was a mix up with one of our pizza’s. They were so apologetic and ended up offering to deliver the pizza instead of waiting. The pizza’s were so good and the customer service was great!

Their food is honest, well cooked, the service is always kind. Ernesto and Sandy know their customers, work their hardest, and create a welcoming environment. We had a slight issue with some of the specifics, but quickly got a call to right any issues. Their communication is wonderful. Pagoni’s is a well run staple of kaukauna, a hometown business that cares about customers, good service, and a well cooked meal.

Went to the lunch buffet at 12:00 noon on Saturday for pizza buffet and everything was ice cold when brought to the attention of the staff they weren’t very enthusiastic on fixing the issue made it seem like it was no big deal absolutely disgusting will not be back everything even the pasta in the warming containers were ice cold my 2 year old spit the noodles out and went brrrrr those are chilly and then I bit into a piece of pizza that reminded me of leftover pizza left out on the counter overnight probably great when hammered but not for Saturday lunch with the family if I could give it a 0 star I would hopefully it’s not usually like that I’ve heard great things but wow not even an offer for a refund or anything and we were not the only customers complaining about it either

I've moved here from Detroit area going to find pizza as good as where I came from. I found it! Angela's Pesto pizza was fantastic! It was also great as cold pizza. I'll be visiting again to try other pizza and menu items.

The pizza buffet was minimal, only three kinds and all thin crust-overcooked. You get one small garden salad and a soda. The dessert was a choice between a deep fried apple in dough or deep fried Nutella in dough. Two pasta choices - basically Alfredo sauce on macaroni noodles and sausage in a red sauce with noodles. The pizza was difficult to cut to get a square because it wasn't very warm.

Food was fabulous! Service great. We had the Chicago Style Pizza which was beyond yummy and very filling! The appetizer sampler was amazing and the house made ranch is a must try!! Spoke with the owner who was so charming and was a delight to visit with. His passion for his restaurant shinned. It was a true pleasure and will be back.
Been here multiple times and love it every time. It needs more exposure because the food is phenomenal. Everything is always great, and even though it’s a small restaurant it doesn’t feel cramped. Absolutely love Pagonis and I recommend it to everyone!
