Don't order on the pizza hut website. It's slow, glitchy, impossible to customize effectively and you get zero responsibility from the store staff if there is clearly an issue that they could clear up with a simple PHONE CALL!!!!!! Never deliver a pizza that you know is wrong without calling the customer to fix the issue. Now I have the WRONG pizza. Typical America these days ZERO customer service and an absolute refusal to be accountable for problems. AND the thin and crispy crust is thin and cardboard. Doesn't look or feel like real food.

Just terrible customer service, online ordering is the worst, plus the delivered the wrong pizza. Called given a lame excuse about we didn't add the extras, truth is the website didn't accept any customizations. Plus the pizza we were delivered was terrible. Pass this place buy everytime, Go to Pagonis, Christianos even Little Ceasers is better than this place. Waste of time and money. No value here.

Never had a problem with this pizza hut before ever but tonight I was given an attitude by a delivery driver because of their tip I gave him all I had leftI deliver pizzas as well and no matter how much of a tip I get wether it be .73 cents or $30 I treat the customer with the same respect and am nice as ever you never know what someone is going through that made me not want to order from this Pizza Hut again sadly

We usually do take out and the food is great but the one time we actually dine in...the service, yeah not so good. Server was too quiet and was hard to hear. This was not only due to her voice being too quiet but also the fact that the other staff decided that 6 pm on a Friday was a great time to vacuum and clean up the dining area. Definitely a terrible dine in experience. Good food though.

The kaukana store told us they had pan crust, we drove from Appleton out there just to be told they did not actually have it that day for some reason. We bought another pizza, drove home and the crust was not fully cooked. Pizza hut just keeps going downhill. I might add that,The teenagers working thought this was funny.
