The confusion with the hours open is because the former owner's hours. They are open Sunday at 12:30 pm. This page as well as Apple maps showed closed. I was there yesterday 3/8/2026 1:30 pm. Had a great prime rib sandwich.
If the prior owner could get into the apple maps or every place they know of and install current hours if would benefit John and Heidi immensely.

Good salad bar and soup. My chicken was good, and the mashed potatoes were delicious! Husband had ribs and chicken combo, was a bit dissappointed in quantity of food for the price, but said it was good. Felt prices were a bit high to make this a regular place to stop in our area, but we'll go back again for a special occasion. Service was excellent! Drinks were good. Fun decor. Nice and clean!

What a fantastic spot! I recently visited John & Heidi's Happy Daze and was blown away by the food and atmosphere. The Old Fashioneds are absolutely delicious—perfectly crafted and some of the best I've had. The shrimp was a standout too; hands down some of the best I've ever tasted, crispy and flavorful with a side of cocktail sauce that hit all the right notes. The rustic vibe and friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

My husband and I along with our son and his fiance ate here for the first time this past Saturday. Everything was excellent from the drinks, salad bar, ribs, steaks and staff. Will definitely be back next spring!
