Sat at the bar. A non busy Friday night. Waited for 5 minutes while the bartender and 4 other employees socialized. I had to actually raise my hand and ask if some could take my order. I ordered the fish and chips . $ 17.99. A beer for $ 7.75. Got my meal 10 minutes later. Cold fish, microwaved fries and no coleslaw. I asked for coleslaw and she brought me a cup smaller than the tarter sauce cup. I know workers wages have increased and good help is hard to find, but I expect good...read full review
Waitress very rude. Horrible service. Didn’t get any silverware, waters sat empty on the table for 15 minutes before I got up and asked for a refill… then she overcharged us and refused to take the charge off the bill. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there wasn’t a manager there…🤦🏼♂️ I used to love Red Robin but this rude horrible waitress at the Green Bay Red Robin ruined it for me.
