Put 2 handfulls of onion on my buger that i asked for no onions and when tell them continue to tell me how they do the onions as if i am lying i can put them in an envelope and mail them to you so you can see how many there is its not even a joke MEN SIZED HANDFULLS like 4-2oz of onions on my burger the ITS HARD IN THE MIDDLE THE BURGER WAS HARD IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS i didnt even bother trying to explain it to them cause they might think im lying like they clearly thought when i was telling them how many onions i have so temped to dive the hr with thw onion left just to show themm, cause the burger is gone i threw it out the window when it was hard in the middle. But so tempted to drive the hr with this mcdonalds bag of 4oz of onions just to show them idc how mcdonalds changed there onion no way they told you to put 2 oz of onions with 3oz of meat...

I have been here 4 times in the last week. Each time the condiments like mayo was everywhere inside the wrapper but nothing inside the chicken sandwiches. Fries were cold EVERYTIME.

The staff here are so kind, and they never mess up my order. I just wish that they actually opened at 5:00 as advertised. They're in a great location for morning snacks and cups of coffee, definitely a missed opportunity.

Ordered on the app. When I got home I realized with the exception of the fries, the rest of the order wasn't even close to correct. The tag that was on the bag was my order, so I'm mystified as to how it was so wrong. I drove back( nobody was answering the phone). Explained it to 3 different employees. The last one said he would get me the correct order. I asked if he could get me fresh fries since the other ones were already cold, he said he would. I got my food and stopped in a nearby parking lot to check. The sandwiches were now correct, but he put the old fries back in the bag. If I could give this negative stars I would.

This McDonald’s specifically the morning crew are my people. They always have my order perfect and have come to know my order and I really appreciate that. The staff is great as well! They are always so busy and still greet me and say hello. For one of the very few spots in my hometown of Kiel it means a lot to me to have people that genuinely care about my experience and service. me and my bf are currently dealing with FOOD POISONING from eating here. we got chicken nuggets and fries and since eating it 3 days ago we have had awful stomach pain and other stuff yall wouldn’t want to hear about. it RUINED my bday screw this place

They ask what kind of bbq sauce, do I want and they forget the bbq sauce. Lol. They screwed up alot. Another time they forgot the burger in the bun. Omg. Plus they don't even answer the phone at night, to make a complaint.

Came in after a 12hrs shift of being outside all day I ordered my food around 6:30 came at a reasonable speed but when i parked to eat I Opened my big Mac to find this I’m extremely annoyed with this and I hope those responsible get treated as they should
