While I truly appreciate having Subway as a quick meal option in a little town like Kiel, I will not be going back. Pre lunch rush at approximately 11am and the facility was filthy. I’m not talking about dirty floors from winter weather but food bits and grime in the meal prep area. Bathrooms were gross. Staff service was good but they really need to shut down for a deep clean and (re)train staff.

Need to pay their employees more to get older more accountable staff. The kids that work the closing shift have the Kiel Subway as a personal hangout, sitting on counters and sweeping without washing hands to handle the food. Called the health department. Really need to skip eating here if you care about food being tampered with and just a bad atmosphere with all the loitering of the employees friends 2 hours before close. Gross. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Chilton or Plymouth and visit their subway instead.

This subway IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! As soon as we got there she gave us a disgusting look. me and my family went today to get a subway at like 2:21pm. We thought it was going to be a normal order. Untill we got this ABSOLUTELY RUDE employee! Her name is Crystal if I don’t get mistaken. We got there and I clearly told her in a nice way “we want 3 subs 2 in half and one 6 inches long” she continued to ask me what I wanted in a really loud and disrespectful way I. Then she made a whole mess on making the subways. So I told her if we could have 1 sub in half. She looked at me like she wanted to kill me, her face turn supper red and her voice became more aggressive and loud. And mind you my family is Hispanic, and idk if she is racist or something. but as soon as a white woman entered the store she immediately changed her mood to happy and welcomed she even slimed at her and apologized because she had to do our subways!. After that the other employee was a little more nicer and she finished our subs. I know we all can have our bad days and we just want to get home. But that’s no excuse to act this way towards people ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE THE COSTUMERS. This is your job, no one forced you to be there! So if you don’t want to be treated like that. I would suggest you to go to another subway.

I went in to order a simple pepperoni pizza. 8:30pm. Young lady stated she had no pizza boxes. She offered to wrap it in paper. When I said sure that will work, she then made another excuse that they had no cheese…I walked out. Clearly she didn’t want to make me a pizza as her friends were sitting in the corner giggling. I really hope they close this subway. Absolutely trash subs and trash customer service. We need something other then Subway or McDonald’s in this town!

We went to Subway today for lunch to go. They employees were good and the service. BUT one of young men working there, that tremendous amount of hair. He had a hat on but there's was tons of hair coming out of the hat and tons of facial hair. It's extremely unapatizing and gross. He needs a hair net and beard net.

Ordered a 6” sub with chips n drink The sandwich was made for pick up, and walked in when she finished packing it up but when got home the sandwich was smushed and the churro was doughy and a weird taste ended up tossing

I made an online order, went to pick it up at the window manager was outside smoking waited at window quite awhile before they came in. Sub was not made correctly wrong bread, didn't put the veggies on that I wanted and did not put any mayo on it.

Didn't have sweet onion sauce. And didn't tell you until they were done making the sub. Didn't look like the chicken had any sauce on either . So I left without purchasing the sub. .they should of said something before she made the sandwich. Not the first time I got bad service there will stop going there.
