On our list of TIMBUKTU places to try. There was no other reason for us to drive this far, but to try this place! Great View of lovely Cedar Lake. There's a ton of inside and outside space to spread out with family and friends. Almost any place you sit, has a view. Large deck / patio / tiki bar ...AND A BEACH! Yes - you can swim AND eat AND drink here. Family friendly. The food we had was very tasty. A Southwest Salad - very fresh, and Pasta Bolognese - classic. The buzz around there was that they have a fantastic Friday Night Fish Fry. They have live music on the weekends during the summer as well. Nice place to meetup...and just hang with your peeps.

Went there on the 4th of July and it was a very nice place to either, Swim, Play Beach Volleyball, Sun Bath, Relax on their Deck or Just have a very good dinner or lunch. Great big Sandy Beach Area with Clear Cool Water!

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich. Got a very pink bacon cheeseburger with fries. And a chicken strip basket with fries and got chicken strips with baked cjips

Hopefully the experience we just had was due to the season just opening, but our server was so rude. Slow slow slow no attention to our table. ...no silverware brought until after our food came out. This is what turns people away.

Live very close and love the beach in the summer time. I have had great food but not this last time. I ordered fish tacos, the avocado on them had a strange texture, almost like it had been frozen. My son's pizza was basically a tortilla with a sprinkle of toppings and baked. Husband's fish fry was good but portion very small. It's hit or miss here.
