Stopped in with my wife to have a fish sandwich. She had the regular crispy fish and I had the Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich. Both were delicious and enjoyable.

Didn't get my mozzarella stick. They gave me the sauce. I wouldn't even leave a bad review but they wont answer the phone to correct thier mistake. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Pretty disappointing. I am now gonna be that guy who empties the bag right in line to make sure it's right. 1/8/26. It's usually a decent place to go but 3 out of the last 4 times I placed a to-go order for a French dip sandwich they forgot to pack my ajous cup. I'll have to open it up and check every damn time from now on I suppose.

Always have a good experience with Arby's..good food, your order is always correct..friendly people..and go on line, get the app..and you get good deals all the time..a variety of different sandwiches..and they switch it up..not always the same sandwiches..

Stopped at 2 pm on Saturday. Sandwiches were put in a tray and set over by the fries. Needless to say they sat there awhile. So sandwiches were not hot. Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for food. Nothing fast about this fast food establishment. 3 people behind counter, 1 just writing stuff down, one doing drive thru orders and one taking orders and getting orders ready.

Very expensive for a fast food and the quality of food went down. We tried the new steak bites which is 5 pcs for almost 6 dollars and they tasted like beef jerky and not steak.

Went for lunch, and it was extremely busy at 1130 on a Friday. The service was ok, as I think they were overwhelmed by the business. My ham and swiss was tasty, but my brisket sandwich was terrible. It was very fatty, and undercooked and the bun had been sent through the grill at high speed. It was almost like a bun you pull out of packaging and slap it on. The fact I had ordered it online 20 minutes earlier, and they hadn't even started making it tells you how busy they were.
The price was fair if they gave me what I really ordered.

Worst experience I ordered chicken burger there was no mistake at all . I told her thrice or may be more than that but she was very unwelcoming since I enter , she was giving me weird looks. I went to eat on dining but the food was packed and they gave me bacon (ON MY RELIGION I CAN’T EAT BACON) after having a bite I knew it wasn’t chicken and then looking at the bill I realize she didn’t order chicken she did bacon and when she coming to the cashier she again gave me that look and went inside and another staff refunded it. The person who took my order was may be manager or something she was wearing different clothes.Now I am feeling unwell . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .
Had two drive thru lanes open and only took orders from one lane. Ended up leaving after being ignored for nearly 5 minutes

Went through drive thru ordered chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks got my food left when I opened bag they gave me fries instead of the mozzarella sticks. This is second time in a month this has happened. I looked at receipt and it did say mozzarella sticks not fries.

Arby’s really knows how to do fast food with flavor! The roast beef sandwiches are always piled high and packed with juicy goodness, and their curly fries? Absolutely addictive! The service is quick, and the staff is friendly, making it a great spot for a fast and satisfying meal. Definitely a top pick when I’m craving something hearty and delicious!
