Waiting for my food at, the kohler location, theres 4 females older ladies rubbing their hands across their faces into their hair and then handling my food. Like gross!! Wear are the hair nets and gloves at?!
The care and safety for the customers food has definitely dropped immensely.

Food was fine, but took a long time. We went in and was another couple with their daughter who got their food and finished eating before our 2 sandwiches were out. They were out on the hot tray, but the employees were in a group ranting about who I can assume is their store or district manager instead of bagging the order, the employee who was on bagging when we walked in was busy eating in the kitchen area, proceeded to walk past our order that was waiting to be bagged to grab napkins and wipe his face, then walked to the back. The lady in the drive thru was super friendly and eventually came and apologized for the wait, and gave us our food. Maybe a rough day, but disappointed with this “fast food” chain.

The food tasted like it was cooked previously and kept warm till ordered. We enjoy their locations in other cities but we will not return to this location when we are in town.

Everything was good and expected for a fast food place to eat. Went in to eat, but it was way too cold for my liking, so we decided to take it out instead. My only complaint was having the air conditioning that cold on a rainy, cool day to begin with.
Ordered 2 sliders yesterday they were full of meat quite a value for $1 I was so impressed i ordered10 today what a joke Less than 1/2 the amount of meat than yesterdays NEVER AGAIN--Horrible value
