Finally!!! A winery that has wine selections that are not all fruity and sweet. Loved all the selections we tried, both red and white. Sauv Blanc and Cab were excellent! Service was great (but was not busy). Brie and fig pizza was the perfect light lunch complement to the wine! Great setting - we will be back.

I would never recommend or go to the Blind Horse, terrible , just terrible service and lack of respect, we called months before for a reservation , they confirmed it, we called the day of the reservation 3 times to make sure our specific reservation was set, we arrived on time and they moved our reservation and told us they could not accommodate us, this happened 2 times now, no apologies, no explanation , no nothing , the owners would not talk to us , it was a unbelievable bad experience, we will never go back.
Wonderful evening celebrating our 37th anniversary. Pizza, wine and the blues, sung by a wonderful musician. I have to say the cab is fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful. A must go for anyone wanting an evening outdoor meal and drinks. Definitely try the wines.
We decided to check out the Blind Horse Winery on our way into Sheboygan this past Sunday. I didn’t catch his name but whoever was working the wine bar was phenomenal. We came in with our parents and three little kids and he was beyond accommodating. I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere with my children. He brought out water with lids and breadsticks for them to munch on without us even asking for either. The atmosphere was lovely, the music was amazing, and the wine was great but the service stood out by far. Thank You!
The food, drinks, and servers were great! The restaurant is very cute and worth the drive. The major downside of the night for us were the incredibly unpleasant chairs. I’ll never understand not wanting customers to be comfortable and relaxed. Sitting on wood planks made our legs numb and we would have stayed far longer while getting more drinks and desserts but we couldn’t take it any longer. We were only one of the three occupied tables, so I imagine keeping us longer during the rush hour would have been desirable for the business. I can’t imagine people who aren’t in shape and the feeling of discomfort they would have. Let’s make a wise business decision and keep the customers racking up that bill, huh? I’d gladly come back!
We shared the 4 lamb dumplings for our starter. They were tasty but overpriced. The salmon tower was delicious and fresh. The pancetta wrapped scallops were cooked beautifully but the sage cream corn was very disappointing. The corn was tired and tasted like it came from a can. Unacceptable when fresh corn is currently in season.
Rachel is a very good person at her job. It's my first time drinking wine and she recommended a perfect wine for me. It's a very good experience for me. Thank you, Rachel.
Loved our tasting! Wines are exceptional!! Molly is a wonderful "wine tasting tour guide"! Thank you!!
Had a great dinner tonight. Rachel was an outstanding server and was determined to make sure our meal was perfect. Our steaks came out overcooked and were immediately rectified with new ones. And they gave us a couple glasses of wine off the bill even though we insisted it was unnecessary. The meal was fantastic.
Beautiful location, DELICIOUS wine (try the Dam Sire, you won't regret it), incredibly friendly, fun and accommodating staff, awesome entertainment, amazing "foodie" style food - delivered beautifully.
This is a fantastic place, not to be missed if anyone is rolling through the area or even using Blind Horse to help make the village of Kohler an exceptional destination getaway. They have fun events, and beautiful grounds - grab a glass of wine and stroll around!

So, for my birthday dinner, my wife and I moseyed over to Blind Horse (thank you Google) and let me tell ya, it was something else. I tucked into a grilled mahi mahi entrée with pineapple salsa and coconut rice. The flavors? Oh, they were immense, perfectly balanced, and seasoned like your grandma's best Sunday roast. The mahi mahi? Nothing short of spectacular - pure perfection.
And then there were the bacon-wrapped scallops. Three of ‘em, each garnished with greens and zest that could make a salad blush. They were so good, I am still dreaming about them. My drink? A special strawberry old fashioned that was so tasty and expertly crafted, it made me wanna write a thank-you note to the bartender's mom.
Now, my better half had the short rib risotto with a side of mushrooms. She called it the best comfort food ever, and this woman knows her comfort food, trust me. Hats off to the chef and the bartender, and let’s not forget the cherry on top of this sundae – our server, Makayla. She was an absolute delight and made our night truly special and memorable. Thank you!
Blind Horse Winery offers a wonderful selection of wines and delightful wine slushies. The peaceful patio is perfect for spending a lazy afternoon. A great spot for wine lovers seeking relaxation and a quality tasting experience.
Atmosphere was nice and service was pretty good, but both food and drink were WAY TO EXPENSIVE!! Spent over $100 for 2 people, and it definitely was NOT WORTH IT! I have better wine at home than they have. Got bumped by a waitress, who then looked back but didn't say anything.
Nachos cold, tacos cold, worst money I have ever spent. My 10 year old would screw up a meal this bad. Thought it was a joke....
I have to leave and buy a real meal somewhere else know.
Food was excellent price was high enough
