Got there is three piece chicken strip , seems like everything's getting smaller that was okay cuz I could finish it but it was hard too crunchy!!

Nice little place to grab food while on the road. Clean restaurant. Moderate luncheon crowd for a small town. EZ on/off from the main hwy. I see they have a great selection of ice cream cakes. Classic DQ!

So I’ve been DoorDash in and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and they made the shake and they gave it to me. It was like water all of orders were messed up. Nobody knows what they’re doing and now today I had to wait in line for the drive-through for a blizzard And I get there. The lady in front got the wrong blizzard and then I couldn’t get my blizzard because they didn’t know how to use a coupon so not that I only wait in line for half an hour and then I couldn’t get my blizzard anyways. And I’m losing money because I’m waiting so long for orders please get people that know what they are doing

We came in on Friday night. It was not busy at all. The girl that took our order was very quiet but nice. After our order was taken, we watched them set our fries up under the warming light. We proceeded to wait 12 minutes for our burgers. As we were waiting we heard the manager yell at an employee about going home sick and telling her that if she has to call in tomorrow do so before her 4pm shift. This should have been taken care of in private, not in front of customers. When our order was finished, the girl handed it to us and the fries that had been sitting there for 12 minutes were stone cold. We asked her if we could get new hot fries. As we were walking to our table we heard her ask the manager, Melissa about the fries and Melissa yelled, NO! The girl immediately brought us the same fries back to our table. We were so disgusted by the whole experience that we just ate quick and got out of there. The manager there, Melissa should not be customer facing and has no manager skills at all. We frequent Ladysmith and always looked forward to Dairy Queen but not anymore. What a disappointment.

The gal taking the order at the drive-through was very nice, pleasant, and professional. She really sounded like she loved her job and wanted to be there. The food was excellent and the wait time was good.
Went through the drive through today for a quick meal and ordered a few things employee judged order request of our burger and didn't put bacon on our bacon two cheese deluxe signature stackburger

Not a single word was spoken except for the price. I honestly could have just gotten away without paying, the cashier left before I even got my card out to pay, we had no clue you're supposed to grab your own food from the two seperate windows in front of where it is made.. we waited a very very long time for our blizzards and an even longer time for our two deep fried apps that came out five minutes apart, so one thing sat in the window for a while, is not knowing it was there for us... They didn't even look up when we grabbed our things, again, hoping they were for our order... Very strange.
