I ordered a double butter burger specifically plain, with cheese only and it came out with nothing on it which I had only noticed after eating my side, so the burger had cooled off quite a bit. When asking staff to remake my food I was ignored by the first two workers who made eye contact with me across the kitchen, and then when I told them about my problem, and asked them to remake it due to the temperature, she took my burger and just slapped two pieces of cheese on it and handed it back to me rudely. Then later when I went to ask for ice cream I watched a group of 4 employees standing in a circle laughing instead of coming to the register.

Ordered food during the lake Geneva winter fest. Now granted I knew things will take a while as everywhere else was packed. However this wasnt overly packed. Ordered food and waited well over an hour, just to find out it will take another 45 minutes. So many people got refunds. Not only that, I noticed an employee eating food out of the serving area. Out of the bags of frys that were ready to put into people's orders. This wasnt a once awhile thing, a taste test you could say. It was a few frys from each bag

We tried going to here to eat Missy said she refuse to service us. When she the one who giving me threatens and bully my sister and her employees so what we not allow to stick up for ourselves. What kind of company is this?

Didn't get any delicious food but I did get some gift cards and with the gift cards. If you spend 40, you'll get a coupon for $10 off. Your next meal? That sounds quite the bargain for me. So when I give a gift card to someone I can keep the $10 coupon for myself. That's quite a bargain. You don't have to do 40 right away. You can do by 10 for those will get you a coupon. Or however, you want to divide it long as it equals up to forty, you will receive one coupon.That is for ten dollars off.

I ordered through the drive through on Monday, ordered a double sourdough melt and cheese sauce for my fries. I also ordered a double flavor of the day for my mother. When I got home I realized on my pink slip on the bag that I did order double. I received only 1 patty on my burger and they completely burnt the sourdough. my custard only was 1 scoop and not two scoops like I ordered and they forgot my cheese sauce for my fries. I’ve pulled a Karen a few times in the last year because they’ve screwed up my orders in the past and the manager did give me two free meals via email. However, I’ve returned a few times since and EVERY time I order in the drive-thru my order is always wrong. This location is awful and always give terrible customer service. I will no longer return to this location.
