Typical Culver’s food. Service was okay, not as friendly as most Culver’s I’ve been to. Dining room was rather small and could use more booths but I’d imagine it’s only busy 3-4 months out of the year.

Waiting now over 40 minutes for one kid burger. They are so unorganized here. I dont think they know what they are doing. Should have gone thru drive up lane … maybe. Hope they at least get order right. Nightmare

The girl running the counter with glasses VERY RUDE and EXTREMELY ABRASIVE! Tried ordering ice cream for 4 people and we had questions and were treated as if we were not welcomed and talked to like we were stupid. Do better Lake Geneva!

Spent over 20 minutes in line!! As you can guess all the food came to me cold and the Sundays were melted. The order taker interrupted me. The person at the window just looked at me instead of saying what my total was to prompt me for payment. I can see from Google reviews that this has been going on a long time at this location and the owner doesn't care. Was here 8/31/2025 around 7 pm. I'll do my best to avoid this restaurant.

I eat here more often than I should. The food ids generally good. If you are doing the drive through beware! These people do not listen! They get the order wrong 50% of the time. They need to train their people who take the orders better. Its ridiculous how often they get it wrong!

I love Culver’s- customer service is outstanding! I’ve eaten every option and never a bad experience. It has gotten a bit pricey but it’s quality. McDonald’s is across the street and that place is awful! Esp the management- Culver’s you rock!

Place has gown down hill. Went to dine in the other night and it was filthy. Looked like a food fight occurred in the dining area. Drink area was a disaster. Trash overflowing. Workers just sitting around and laughing. If the dining area is that disgusting how clean is the kitchen? My burger was raw in the middle. How do u undercook such a thin patty? I love culvers but will never eat at this location again.

Wandering around Lake Geneva I opted to pop into Culvers for a bite to eat. On entering I was floored by the menu. McDonalds this is not. Thankfully, a lady behind the counter was amazingly helpful in suggesting what was good ("All of it" was the initial reply). Eventually, I narrowed it down to a Butterburger and extras (lettuce, mushrooms, cheese, etc.) meal deal. The lady was very friendly, asking questions and suggesting other places that I could visit whilst I was staying in the area. Food took a little while, as it looks like it is all prepared fresh, but luckily it was still warm when I got back to the hotel. The burger was nice, very nice, probably not the best burger I've ever had, but it was good, and hit the spot just right. Great stuff.

This visit burgers came out cold. Last visit burgers looked like they were smashed by a 300 pound gorilla. By far the worst culver I've ever been too. I've been here 5 times. Out of the 5 times it has been horrible every time.
